“Finding what you want it is there and plenty parking finding some one to help you just like many places toss your coin up in the air but what I thought was magnificent you just don't see when you first come into the door the cashier lady she saw me looking at the above aisle signs and she took the time to say can I help you find anything l told her what I was looking for She took the time to get out her tracking machine and found the aisle I needed to go to That was a giant help instead of tossing up my coin in the air it help paying for the item yes I will go back”
“Called them for a fan blade for my AC, showed up and talked to Cody. He helped, and his team mates helped too (including ice cream for my daughter). They had a fan, but the blades were backwards (something I missed). They didn't have another solution, but gave me the name of another local supplier that had EXACTLY what I needed. SUPER FRIENDLY, helpful, and worth the visit. I will look here first for AC supplies moving forward.”

These guys who brought me my water heater to Fort Mill SC were friendly and sooooooo helpful. They went above the beyond. They had a special dolly to climb stairs and with a 850lbs EMPTY these guys saved my life I'm so glad they were here thank you so much. “Great customer service, occasionally you’ll have a worker who stares at you at the self checkout as if you were stealing which is quite annoying. I even once got locked in Lowe’s by a woman who asked me if I paid for the stuff in my cart. That same trip I was informed I was unable to return my 5 gallon bucket of paint although I saw others returned in the clearance paint section. They redeemed themselves when they altered my hideous paint color to a beautiful beige by using the computer system which told him what needed to be added.”
