“I really like this location's staff. They are exceptionally kind, they always try to be extra patient with customers unfamiliar with various return shipment processes, and take the time to explain the why behind those processes / costs. The staff at this site always act with a sense of urgency while remaining calm by quickly addressing each customers needs and multitasking where possible.
Remember that shipping companies are a for profit business. If Amazon says no box no label you can show up with nothing but the item. The seller opted to cover the cost of the return materials. Otherwise you will need to follow instructions like prepacking and taping. If you show up unprepared they will charge for a box and/or tape. The post office is the same way so try not to take your frustrations out on the shipper who is a 3rd party. I would prefer to do business with this location if I have an Amazon return or ebay seller shipment.”
“Polite and friendly. Did not have to wait to long. Only issue is I checked rate online and it did not match store rate store was more by 11. I asked the girl and she could not give me an answer. If anything rate should have been less as I over estimated weight by 2lbs. When doing online rates they should be accurate and if not you should match the rate that is online not charge more. It's not to hard to enter destination, dimensions and weight to get a quote. Did it 3 times online to verify and every time cam up same price so I would know what to pay at store. This I have a major problem with but that has nothing to do with the people working at the store so I do not hold it against them or their review. This issue should be addressed!!!”
