“This had to be the most efficiently ran unmanned storage unit.
This review is for this location only as I know other Public Storage facilities do actually have personnel on site.
From The Start:
-You call the number and everything is done over the phone.
-You’ll find your lock and key inside the unit.
Upon Move Out:
- You use the Kiosk on site to call and let them know you are moving out.
- They take your info and email you the confirmation.
It is gated and you need an entry/exit passcode they give you upon check in.
It is clean and well kept.”
“A woman named Dee was an incredibly insightful and helpful employee. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly the size and type of storage unit that I needed when I had no clue when I arrived what that was. Dee made the entire experience very positive and productive and she was able to give valuable insight with every question that I threw her way. I will most definitely be doing business here long term!

“My attendant was/is very patient, understanding, & down2earth. She took time to make sure we got what's needed by showing us around. A very pleasant young lady, glasses, & came to this one from another store. Sorry her names skips my mind. She made this 1 of best experiences of storage hunting I've ever had‼️??❤️??? we also pray for her as her family has a recent lost. ?↕️”
“Been a customer since March 2024 and now here in October 2024 I needed a bigger unit.I went in and Jack was so helpful in getting me into a bigger unit and he was one of the nicest man you will ever meet.Took him no time to get everything switched over to a bigger unit and explained everything.The whole facility is well kept and clean and I would recommend anybody that needs an unit to stop in and go with these guys.”

Ever since I moved here from Kentucky I've been nothing but a pain in his ass I'm sure. But no worries I still have 2 units there and my girlfriend has one as well. “Renting a unit was Smooth and easy because Kathy behind the desk was pleasant. I pay my bill on time monthly and never have locked out of the gate but 1 time I put my code in wrong and thought about calling but it was after normal business hours and knew it would be rude. So I took some breaths and tried again. It was operator error lol. Thank you Kathy for always being so kind. I did read through some of these reviews and feel that the bad ones have another part of the story missing”
“Have had a unit here for over ten years. Low cost. Secure. You need a code to get inside the gate, and can't open it after 9pm. Don't get locked in without a working passcode though! Jimmy and Doug are decent, hardworking family men and always look out for those who look out for them.”

The custodian, Claudia is a great ambassador for the business. She always greeted us with kind words and a beautiful smile. Our belongings were safe, the property was clean and safe and the customer service was top notch.”
