“My husband and I were in the market for shoes and decided to go here based on a friend's recommendation. The technology they offer to measure your feet, check your stance and gait are pretty cool. We learned more about our feet than ever before. They brought us each 3 pairs of shoes to try, based on the computer's recommendation from the findings. I left with a pair of Brooks and my husband ordered a pair of Acics; we were walking on clouds. We also each got a pair of insoles and they really made a difference. We each plan to get another pair.”

“They went above and beyond for me. I sent my shoes to be repaired and when they returned I went to pick them up on the way to a job site that would require my boots. I absentmindedly forgot that I had to take the laces and soles out of the boots prior to sending them but they helped me piecemeal soles and laces that would work that they had lying around. It would’ve been easier to have me purchase new ones. Service like that makes the drive there worth it. Cannot thank them enough.”

I seen online that the charlotte location had the perfect hellstar shirt I was looking for, I’ve been following for a long time on Instagram but after this purchase I’m more than impressed, they even put in a orange tote bag with my order. They fitted me for a hat and even though they didn't have my size in the boot, they called their other stores to see how soon they can get it or if the other stores had them in stock. “My physical therapist recommended this store to me a few years ago, and they were so helpful and knowledgeable that when I needed to find shoes for my 16yo autistic daughter who toe-walks and has sensory issues, I went straight back to this store.
John and Margaret assisted us. They devoted a good bit of time and attention to understanding my daughter’s issues and needs. They then narrowed down the overwhelming field of choices to three and helped Harriet choose between them. It was a stellar experience, and Harriet is very happy with her purchase.

I was looking for a difficult sized Hoka Athletic shoe and even though they didn't have it in stock, they tried their darndest to find an alternative in store, or at another location for me. All three made separate attempts to find an option to no avail. I had just come from Dick's Sporting Goods where I got very little assistance, so the great service was very noticeable. Thanks.”

“I had such a pleasant experience here finding a great pair of jeans! From the moment I walked in, the sales associate greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she and the other associate started pulling several pairs of jeans for me to try on. She continued to help as I tried them on, getting other pairs for me. As a busy mom this was such a relief and I left a very happy customer with my Wrangler jeans!”

“I have been ordering custom orthotics for over 40 years. Paul measured my feet and made me a new pair of custom orthotics within 2 wks. What I really appreciated was him assisting me in finding the right size and right fit of activewear shoes. I purchased 2 pair to switch them out. My feet are feeling so much better and I am able to resume my treadmill. Thank you Paul and Zee Feet”

“When I was a employee there I Loved it until this one assistant manager tried to sit me up like I was a thief then after I quit she claim they found what was missing she had it all the time because I saw her when she took it out of the cash draw said she was going to the bank at the end of the shift she claim that money was missing "" she didn't like me I didn't care because one thing about it God knows and see everything and I am like I said to her I'm a minister let's call the police and find with the money is she try to get me to leave the store so she can put it on me but I told her no I'm going to sit there until we leave the store and that's what I did and I just never showed up but I loved in my job and I think that it's fashion is the bomb fashion wise wow I love it but I just haven't been back over there to shop because I do not like the way they did me for no calls so I hope this get to corporate office cuz I tried to reach out and call you guys to let you all know what happened My name is Louis Owens and I love it's fashion Metro if you ever need a model let me do it I am the one God bless”
