“Prices were decent for gas! Very nice customer service. Convenient location as we were traveling back to florida. Close to the expressway. Has a section to fill air tires too which I needed. Great little place!”
“Always our go to gas station bc we are executive members and try to offset some of our fees by saving on gas & groceries of course, very organized team members to help your shopping experience.”
“8.18.24 We stopped in here for a bathroom break after leaving the boat landing.
Ashley was the cashier who was on duty and she was just a lovely person. That's pretty interesting
I told her that I was doing a google review on her store because it was the cleanest and freshest smelling store/gas station I have been in and the bathroom was immaculate!
Kudos to this HT! AND ASHLEY!”
“Tuesday morning I had my indicator light come on that I had a tire with low pressure. I pulled into the Exxon station to put air in the tire. It was raining so I was holding an umbrella with my chin and shoulder and putting air in my tire. All of a sudden I heard a female voice behind me offering to help me by holding my umbrella for me. I thanked her and handed her my umbrella. When I got done I looked up and she has the umbrella completely over me and she isn’t under it. I thanked her for her help and I am ashamed to say I did not get her name. I do appreciate the kindness.”

“This place is always clean and I’m always greeted with a smile. Shelves are well stocked and organized. The coolers are all cold, which seems difficult for some other stores. Definitely my favorite convenient store in the area.”
“The employees here are always so helpful! :-) and the store always has everything you need in stock. Gwenith is such a gem! I come to this specific location whenever I’m having a tough day because her warm energy and brightness always make me feel better :) all of the staff at this location are wonderful and always so kind but Gwenith especially deserves a raise for her ability to make each and every customer feel important no matter how busy the store is”
“Prices are crazy but the store is clean and the employees are nice. I only go there if circle K is closed. The same item will cost you at least $1.50 more at this store.”

“Best gas station I've ever been to. Clean, well stocked and always open. Coffee selection is better than some coffee shops. The overnight girl and lady who manages in the morning clearly work very hard to make this happen.”

“Great staff. Love their positive attitudes ? decent selection of craft beer and their walk in is always stocked. Also this spot has the freakin Cinnabon Rolls that make you feel like Christmas. So even if you're having a bad day you can get one of those and it's all made a bit better. ?”

“VGO on Saint Andrews Boulevard in West Ashley is a great place to go for gas and a convenience store when you need that quick and fast stop. I like that they have quality gas without ethanol at a really good value and it is easy to get in and out of the location. The store is well managed and the staff here is very helpful and accommodating.”
“Cheapest cigarettes on remount. They carry a brand called "THIS" that are half the price of Marlboro or Newport. $3.50 a pack. I personally like the red 100's but they also have menthols and lites.”
“This is my go to place in Charleston whenever I get a nail in my tire. Gerald’s is always a long wait and this station gets us fixed up in minutes. Great service and very reasonable!”

“The people at this gast station are HILARIOUS. We chit chat every so often when I go to get a drink or gas and they are so much fun. Super kind, super funny, and always smiling. Thank yall!”
“The Blue Water/Exxon is a new and extremely nice convenience store close to 526. This store has a great selection of food, including pizza, salad, or paninis. The employees were even giving out free samples of a panini when I was in there. I've never seen a convenience store with a salad bar option before, and while I didn't try any food today, I certainly would in the future. They also sell individually wrapped cookies- sugar, chocolate chip, and a delicious lemon cookie. I got the Nitro coffee, and it was delicious and refreshing on a hot day. It's black coffee, but very foamy and rich. The coffee counter was stocked with creamer, sugar, and a few syrups for the coffee, if you want that. The Nitro coffee only comes in one size, and it's $1.88- about half of what you'd pay somewhere else. All of the workers were super nice, and the store is very clean, right by a red light, and easily accessible from Long Point Rd.”

“Wow, we finally get a modern, reliably open 24hr, clean, well stocked staffed mini-mart this side of the connector, and 3 stars with people b!tching about the service? First, your not out for a night at the ritz. Simple, walk into store, select items, complete transaction, move along. Avoid interruptions to this seemingly simple system - everything stays convenient.
Second, I’ve never found the staff to be anything but delightful - as charming as I would expect at 2am to take my money in exchange for a tall boy and cigs.
Don’t forget - what we’ve consistently had on this side of James and John’s, whackamole to see which 24hr store was going to actually be open past 10pm.
Thank you ReFuel. Let’s get that rating up.”

“The food at the Charleston bird is soooooooooo delicious. My first time here .....let's just say it was one of those drunken nights in downtown chs and I needed something other than pizza to satisfy my craving and soak up alcohol before heading home. Let me tell you they did not disappoint. I'm glad I got my own sandwich and my guy ordered one for himself bc I refuse to share this with anyone! If you are someone I like and we go to the chs bird together don't expect me to share with you it's not happening! I love how it's tucked away and has plenty of parking. There are maybe two tables with fours chairs each for seating(which doesn't really matter bc if you've had too much alcohol you will either not care about sitting and stand the entire time while you eat or you will sit on the ground or sit in or on someone's car bc you are so distracted by this chicken blessing). Each time I've been here the service has been great. Make sure you leave the club early before the lights come on if you want the mashed bird or else it will be sold out by the time you get there. It happened to me once and that was the first and last time! I have had the bird with avo which is pretty awesome as well. Now trust me I've wanted to try other options on their menu but then I think about how completely delicious , crunchy, juicy and messy the mashed bird is and well...you can figure the rest out. You may need to order fries as well. I say this because you will have drippings of whatever bird you order all over your hands and mouth/chin region. I couldn't post any pictures because of my half embarrassed half messy love affair with the mashed bird. You will need something to soak up all the drippy goodness. This spot is great after a night out on the town and will definitely satisfy!”
“Small gas station with a little of everything not the place to stop after a long trip and looking for rest rooms or not selection of anything! Great family location for locals!!! Great costumer service, very friendly good gas prices!!”
“love the porch here and all the kinds of good food and drink they have here. they got burgers, pizza, chicken sandwiches, sausage biscuits (although they are always out of stock because of how good they are, at least when i go there) and more, also the boiled peanuts are good and they take all kinds of payment so that's never an issue. overall great place they just better keep those sausage biscuits in stock all day”

“I usually make a stop here after visiting my in-laws. I've never had any issues and unless it's in the middle of summer, I can normally get in and out fairly quickly. The stations are frequently out of gas, but there's consistently at least two that have gas. The staff is nice enough, I don't expect much. The store seems clean, never used the bathroom, so I don't know about those.”

“In the vast tapestry of existence, where life's unpredictable currents can sometimes cast a shadow over our spirits, there emerges a beacon of compassion, whose warmth and generosity illuminate even the calmest of seas. Allow me to transport you to the captivating tale of Derek, the extraordinary soul stationed at the Exxon gas station, whose unwavering kindness and remarkable spirit transformed a simple encounter into an unforgettable experience.Imagine, if you will, a weary angler, his heart weighed down by disappointment and the quiet echoes of missed opportunities on the tranquil waters. Seeking solace in the comforts of an Italian sandwich, I entered the Exxon gas station, hoping for a respite from the stillness that mirrored my inner longing. And there, amidst the fluorescent lights that bathed the space in a gentle glow, stood Derek, a paragon of compassion and benevolence. With a radiant smile that extended far beyond his lips, Derek saw beyond the weariness etched upon my face. "Dear seeker of solace," he exclaimed, his voice a soothing melody amidst the tranquility, "allow me to infuse your moment of respite with a touch of culinary delight."And so, with grace and an unwavering commitment to brightening my day, Derek extended a humble offer: toasting my Italian sandwich, elevating it to new heights of gastronomic ecstasy. With hands that moved with purpose, he embarked on a culinary journey, his gestures imbued with an artist's precision and a magician's touch. As the bread gently nestled within the warm embrace of the toaster, a symphony of aromas wafted through the air, teasing the senses with promises of culinary enchantment. Moments later, my sandwich emerged, transformed into a masterpiece of golden perfection. The once modest ingredients had become a harmonious ensemble, dancing upon my taste buds with each delightful bite. But Derek's greatness extended far beyond his culinary prowess. In his presence, the atmosphere was infused with a sense of genuine care and understanding. With heartfelt words and a listening ear, he became a confidant, sharing in my stories of fishing adventures and missed catches, bridging the gap between strangers with the effortless grace of a true friend. In those fleeting moments, Derek's compassion and genuine spirit ignited a flickering flame within my heart. His kindness dissolved the barriers that often separate us, revealing a shared humanity that transcends the walls of gas stations and the ebb and flow of fishing fortunes. Through his simple act of generosity, he breathed life into the notion that even in moments of calm, the power of connection can ignite a profound sense of joy and belonging. As I bid farewell to Derek, my heart filled with gratitude and a renewed appreciation for the beauty of small gestures, I couldn't help but reflect on the remarkable impact a single act of kindness can have. Derek, The Radiant Guardian of Taste, has left an indelible mark on my being, a testament to the transformative power of compassion and the potential for connection in even the simplest of encounters.Let the world bear witness to the magnificence of Derek's spirit, for he is not just an attendant at an Exxon gas station, but a luminary of kindness, whose radiant soul shines bright amidst the calm seas of everyday life. May his compassion continue to inspire and uplift the hearts of those fortunate enough to cross his path.Bravo, Derek. Bravo.”
