“I had a great experience at this location! I had to rent a car to go out of town because my car is older and couldn’t handle the trip. There was parking nearby which was convenient so I could leave my car there while I was away in the rental. This is also a pet friendly company so I was able to bring my dog. Everything went smoothly as far as the booking, pickup, and drop off. Daniel helped me check in and another lady answered questions for me over the phone. Both of them were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent a car here again.”

“This review is for the Bacon's Bridge Road location, Summerville, I must say that Chloe is THE BEST customer service representative and I want her to get recognized for it! I had an issue with the Dodge Ram loner vehicle, because my Ram was in the shop for repairs. The truck that I received first, would not start the next day (Sunday), so I could not call Chloe direct, but I spoke with her today and let her know that the truck needed to be towed to CHS airport and that I had to go there to pick up a replacement, so I did. She told me today that I just had to bring the truck to the Dodge dealer and that Hertz would pick it up....What a relief! Chloe is the BEST!”
