“This store seems larger than the one in Jedburg but been around a while longer. I will say even though the store on Jedburg is newer and more updated, this location is closer to me and has more of my shopping items needed. I typically do online ordering as disabled so physically going in is very difficult for me. I'm glad this is an option though I wish I did not have to go through Instacart as they charge for picking up and the employees are one's shopping the items usually. At least they don't do upcharge for in store items like at other grocery stores so appreciate that.”
“This is my Harris Teeter (that I don't live anywhere close to). I go out of my way to get to this grocery store. We need one in Goose Creek! Great prices on meat and fresh vegetables.”
“This is a wonderful place to get compounded prescriptions filled. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. They make you feel comfortable when asking questions, and never rush you. I've been getting scripts here for a long time, and I'll keep on going back. Even if insurance doesn't cover an item, they somehow manage to keep prices reasonable. I also appreciate how efficient they are regarding refills... they are always one step ahead of me, and I'm never late getting scripts.”
“My go-to for groceries and beer. A wide variety of anything that you want, and an outstanding produce section. Name brand, organic, HT brand and HT organic, they have it all at a variety of prices. I especially like the wide variety of local and international wines and beers.”

“I mainly go there for my photos and I have had good experiences so far. I was told how to use the machine to develop my own photos from my cell phone. When I do that they're usually ready within the hour. I am now learning how to make my own various type greeting cards with my photos on their customer access store photo machine.”
“I had the most wonderful cashier today. First time in a long time. Her name is Deandrea and you can tell she cares about the customers. Very friendly and she is the first cashier to actually put the cold items together ? I truly hope she is working every time I go shopping, I will go out of my way just to let her check my items out , even if I have to wait in a long line. Everyone is personable, they don’t ignore you , if they don’t have your meds, they will call around to find it. Charlie is always helpful!
The drive is worth it just to not have to deal with all the other headaches”

“After the fifth time I was unable to refill a much needed med at my previous pharmacy, I was done. The reason given every time was supplier backorder issues, Of course, I was deaperate to refill and would have to call around and look for alternative pharmacies. Harris Teeter was the answer I found.Im now in the process of moving all of the prescriptions for my entire family to HT and I recommend them to people I know. The friendliness and professionalism of the HT Staff I've experienced over the last few months made the choice easy.HT always goes the extra step to provide that much needed above and beyond customer service when necessary. That's what I'm looking for in a pharmacy. Highly recommend!”
“I thought i was responsibly keeping track of my meds. Far from true, i not only had none after that night i was out of refills.
Never thought I'd say this but good thing the pharmacy had my back. Id previously signed up for autofill and also that thing where they text u updates on meds. So two days before i ran out they had called my doctor and refilled my meds so i only panicked 5 min until i remembered the text. If it hadn't been for tthat system i wouldn't have realized i had no refills until too late and would probably had no seizure meds for next night.”

They both were very patient, kind, and professional (a true model of customer service). My experience here has been nothing short of a superb one!

“I love and appreciate a good grocery store. I will drive out out of my way for a great one. This Harris Teeter location is just that. Tons of parking, of course, it is a large grocery chain. Parking is shared with other businesses in the area. The store parking lot and inside were extremely clean and well laid out. Granted, this is a new location, but you can see the hard work that the team put in to keep the store looking fantastic. Don't you love it when a business team member goes out of their way to make things right? That's exactly what the very nice lady at the bakery did this morning (I did not catch her name). She went out of her way to find me some bran muffins, and cracked open a package that had already been sealed from their bakery, Just so that I could have that Muffin! How cool is that?! Walking around at the store, I was asked by three different team members if I needed help. Awesome and appreciated! The deli and hot food service is the bomb! Fresh and hot and great selection. The fresh produce department was beautiful as always, seems to be the case with Harris Teeter. We will be coming back to this store specifically because of this interaction and experience.”
“Mrs. V is the only reason why I would return back to this location! She’s extremely kind and willing to go above and beyond for the customers. What I ask her for help with took less than 5 mins through checkout to help me with while the store manager told me it would take an entire week and half to look for and miraculously it was sold out of stock! I have a real issue with that! I even left my name and number with the front desk clerk and checked back several times for days and they keep saying I we still haven’t gotten to it or the vendor didn’t come and set it up yet! Check back on truck day they said! Truly a missed opportunity as I’m a huge bulk buyer in this community and would’ve loved to set up a relationship with the store manager, but now I know integrity and transparency are not happening, atleast with my issue! Thank GOODNESS FOR MRS. V!! She’s the real MVP AT THIS LOCATION AND PLENTY OF PEOPLE IN THIS COMMUNITY RECOGNIZE IT!! I hope you all do too!”

“Shout out to Meganne and London! My normal Walgreens was having an issue filling my prescription. This Walgreens was able to get it filled for me and even with my 90 day supply. There was a slight error, but they fixed it immediately now I have my medication and I am so appreciative”

“I went to the minute clinic @1602 Central Ave, Summerville, SC ,And Natasha was the one who helped me, She was absolutely amazing, I had recently moved here and was without refills for my asthma medicine, She was understanding and very helpful, She even followed up with me later that night and I told her that they were out of stock at that location and I would have to wait till the following day, She transferred my script to a 24 hours CVS that had it in stock and I was able to pick it up a little while later, She went over and above with compassion, I was struggling and she was amazing in helping me to get my medicine fast. Thank You so much Natasha!!!!!!”

“I have been going to another local Walgreens for years but switched to this one recently due to a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy at the other one. I called this one for help and they immediately answered and got the ball rolling on getting a RX transferred temporarily from a third Walgreens in the upstate for the month. I stuck with this one when I made photo Christmas cards online too and they were ready within 30-45 minutes. We were greeted at the front door when we arrived, which was a change, most of the time I don't see anyone when I'm walking into the other store. There was also someone to help get the cards right away. I'll definitely continue to use this Walgreens from now on. It's also a lot easier to get in and out of.”

“Publix is the best for buy one, get one free! Each shopping day has extras, that I get at a good price. I recently purchased lamb chops. They were so delicious. Since it's so hot outside, whenever I grill some meat, I like to have a cold salad on the side. I got the fresh produce, paired up a few additions. Had the most yummy dinner in no time at all.
Service is always available. When I can't find an item, I ask a clerk and they actually walk to the aisle and show me where the product is!”
