“I have plantar fasciitis so I went to Fleet Feet to get some advice on products to help me. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Alex who asked what he could do for me. I explained what was going on and immediately I was shown some products that help with PF. I bought the calf and foot stretcher and the Strassburg sock. It has been a couple of days but I already feel better. I really appreciate all the help and will definitely go back. Shout out to Alex!”

“I purchased two jackets last Christmas and only received one. I tried to contact customer service multiple times but did not receive a response. Truly disappointing, as the jacket I did receive was adorable and I think there are so many cute clothes on the website.

After posting my review, I was finally able to connect with customer service and received the refund for the missing jacket. While it wasn’t the most convenient, I’m glad the situation was resolved and I look forward to revisiting the site!”
“You can't believe the service! Four gal employees helped me on a visit to purchase a pair of slip-on tennis shoes! They are definitely not short helping customers which I thought was refreshing!
