“I brought my car in on 2/14 to get my car looked at before a very long drive to Washington State. My car was looked at two days prior by a different car service provider but my car still drove the same. The guys over at NTB not only fixed my car but were the some of the nicest people I’ve come across. My car drives like new and I feel so safe on the road! I can’t thank them enough for doing such a great job with my car(even restoring my very dull headlight and changing the light I didn’t even know went out!). “I’m extremely late in leaving this review, I apologize to this Firestone. I just left a negative review at another location and felt pretty bad not leaving a positive review for this one! I’ve only been twice and both times have been a comfortable and pleasant experience. Also pretty quick. I think his name was Larry that primarily assisted both times, and he was super kind and professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and offered/found the best price. The environment and experience was great and I definitely do and will recommend this location. Thank you!”
