Delivery guys Justin and Micheal were spot on with the morning call and estimated arrival time. Kept us informed throughout the day. Arrived and like a well oiled machine got to work. “Went to the store after going to the one on Anderson rd and white horse road where the female salesperson was skating ? around ? and told me that what I wanted was not in stock, and there was none around I had to pay for it up front and wait be around 6 week's trying to lock me in a sell at that store so called this store on Woodruff Rd they said they had 2 in stock I went and picked it up paid for it as they loaded it up every thing done in 15 minutes ? now this is how you run a store.”
“I rented a washer and dryer from FSI for 2 years. The first washer died within about 9 months, but they replaced it right away, no questions asked. The best part of FSI for me was working with Heather Horton in the Greenville office, who was ALWAYS cheerful and very helpful. Make sure to ask for her!”

“If you're looking for cheap, online furniture... Keep moving, this review won't help you. But if you're looking for high quality materials, craftsmanship, and knowledgeable people, may I suggest Uncle Jake's? My wife and I were looking for a dining room table and chairs and we could not find anything at other furniture stores that looked good and was made with high quality materials. We walked into Uncle Jake's storeroom and was immediately greeted by Tripp who showed us around, answered all of our questions (in three separate visits), and helped us customize our table and chairs - style, wood selection, finish, and upholstering. He was up front about the lead time that we should expect, as this was going to be custom-made. Tripp and the team communicated with us throughout the process and when the table and chairs were delivered to their warehouse, we were immediately called. We could not be happier with the product and service from Uncle Jake's. Pro tip: order an extra table leaf. When they build your table, the grains will match and the finishing will all look the same. If you go back months or years later to order a leaf, it's virtually impossible to get an exact match- the wood, temperatures, humidity, etc. will all be different. We got two additional leafs and they store nicely under the table!!”

“Cool stuff but skip it if you don’t want animal fur and animal smell. One of the pups was itching terribly and it looked like maybe fleas. He might be allergic and his hind end was losing fur. The gent behind the desk said he runs an animal rescue which explains it all. Thanks for rescuing fur babies! More like a museum than a furniture store. Lots of stuff is not for sale. Counted 2 dogs and 2 cats roaming round”

“This little furniture store is wonderful. They have some amazing pieces of furniture, some old and refurbished, some newer pieces as well. They have different styles of furniture like farmhouse, colonial, contemporary, country and all the pieces are beautiful! I bought a entry table in a farmhouse style and I'm crazy in love with it! It's perfect for that spot and it looks beautiful. They have plenty of pictures of the furniture for sale on Facebook and Instagram and the staff are super friendly. Prices are reasonable too! “Pete is the best and most experienced pinball repair person I’ve ever known. He found and fixed the problem, replaced all lights, bands, caps and made sure I was running perfectly for a 40+ year old fantastic pinball machine. Have patience with his schedule but it’s worth the wait!!”
