“I looked all over for a#4 philips bit harbor freight had one in a set but it shattered soon. Tool shed had a Lisle bit that is working still got a Norton cutoff wheel too. These good tools will save a lot of trips to replace cheap tools”

“When you're looking for building supplies or something that isn't as typical at Lowe's or Home Depot don't forget Pittman's ..they have lots of interesting items and the prices are very competitive, if not better in many cases. We were finishing a remodel in a building for my wife's massage therapy office and we were going with a rustic look and they had these beautiful knotty pine custom doors in stock and the price was great! We also bought LVP flooring at a great price and it was a good quality for sure.”

It was very hot outside, yet Tiffany was all smiles. She asked if I needed anything else from her store, and reminded me , Home Depot was there for future rentals and any house holds need. I loved the personal , professional, and friendly service I received.”

“I love Lowe's. We order pallets of mulch every year and tons of plants. The mulch arrives on exact day they promise delivery and wrapped well, with No holes in bags. All the plants I buy from them strive with their great soil & fertilizer I purchase from Lowe's. Clean well stocked Store with great employees , and top notch Customer Service. Plant selection is always nice and healthy.”

Over this past weekend, I was helped out by four extremely empathetic employees at the Woodruff Rd Home Depot and I want them to be recognized for their sincere efforts.
On Monday morning 7/22/24, Keke at the Service Desk was extremely instrumental in assisting me with my solving my unorthodox situation and the MOD that morning, didn't fuss at me and knew exactly how to resolve the problem.
I also would like to recognize Davi (Sunday 7/21/24) in the Rental Department (trailer rental) was more than empathic and understanding with my rental and I can't thank him enough for taking a genuine interest in helping me and for his kind words after I brought the trailer back. Then right before the store closed one very helpful young lady at the Service Desk on (Sunday 7/21/24), was also extremely helpful and caring when it came to the circumstances of my situation.
These four employees showed what it means to work as a team to resolve even the most trivial issues a customer may encounter. Kudos to all of them.
Home Depot (the Orange Store) will always, has always and will continue to be my goto, Home Improvement store for any and all future projects. Thank you all so very much.”

“Needed bandage for a dog that helps prevent chewing. Went to PetSmart first obviously for pets. They have no bandages or rats whatsoever. Not only did the tractor supply have them. When I called they had them up front waiting for me. When I ride they also gave me some advice that I did not know walking in. Everyone has a smile on their face and extremely nice. I love tractor supply and I love the people who work there”
“I just went by to purchase a capicator for my unit and the front desk asked me who I worked for and if I had a license.......thanks for nothing ...the other guy let me know that I needed to know the voltage and that it could burn up if I didn't get the right size. Thanks to this guy for the info but I'll never go there again......"New HVAC student"If a business or an eletrical license is required you guys should have a sign that clearly state that. Some how I don't think those are required to purchase products from this or any other parts store. “I needed a circular saw & Lowe's had a deal on Dewalt tools. I purchased 2 Dewalt batteries and received the circular saw for free. I already own Dewalt tools, so the battery deal was great!”
“A typical Lowe's location: clean, well stocked, with plenty of assistance available if needed. The big issue with this location is the parking lot, which can be very crowded and difficult to navigate due to its layout. It can take quite some time to actually exit the parking lot due to the congestion.”

“Fantastic customer service, I always go hear first before I go to a Home Depot or even Lowe’s…. You may pay more for some stuff but everything else seemed to be priced to compete! The customer service here is top notch, they know where everything is and go to great lengths to help you, which is why I will continue to shop here.
