“F45 is one of my favorite workouts in the area. I love the station set up of each workout and how you get to move around the room. All the instructors are motivating and helpful with notifications and form. I love the welcoming community vibe to the studio and really enjoy going.”

“Great workouts, great instructors, great atmosphere. Workouts each week are always different and constantly challenging. I have always loved working out but started facing challenges with surgical menopause and not feeling great about the changes that came with it ie weight gain. “I took a class with Kyra at Orangetheory North Mt Pleasant and it was truly one of the best OTF classes I’ve ever experienced. From the moment it started, she was warm, engaging, and incredibly intentional. She made real connections with members, called people out by name, and brought the template to life in a way that kept me locked in the entire time. Her demos were clear, thoughtful, and included options I didn’t even know I needed.. which made the workout feel accessible but still powerful.

Near the end, when I had absolutely nothing left, she checked in with me and asked what my plan was. That moment alone changed how I finished the class, I made a promise to myself to fully show up despite the exhaustion. And her VOICE… the inflection, the presence, the energy!!! It carried the room in the best possible way. I loved the class so much I took it twice.

Shoutout to Andrew at the front desk as well.. funny, organized, and genuinely helpful. The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding.”

“Power Fitness is the best training experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been working out since I was young, and I can confidently say that PWR is on another level. The instructors are highly skilled, always paying close attention to form and making sure you’re doing exercises correctly. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and full of positive energy, both from the trainers and the members.

The classes are incredibly well-structured, so you’re constantly improving and getting stronger. Since I started training here, I feel stronger than ever, and every session pushes me to new levels. “We had a fantastic experience at The Barre Code - Mount Pleasant! We attended a Brawl class here as part of my bachelorette weekend in Charleston. The studio was incredibly accommodating for our medium-sized group of mostly inexperienced attendees. They helped us schedule, made sure we were supported during the class, and even provided cute gifts for me as the bride! The workout itself was tough but fun. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone in the area looking for a new fitness experience or for any travelers looking for a fun activity!”

“I started going to HY/LO classes after joining Class Pass and honestly fell in love with it. The atmosphere is inviting and laid back. All of the instructors i've had so far have been helpful, motivating and overall positive. It's a great vibe, positive atmosphere and the workouts vary depending on your level of preferred intensity. I alternate between the HY and LO classes. The instructors push you in a way that helps you to get a truly great workout in. I'm impressed!”

“Staff was always very welcoming to me. Very chill vibe. Doesn't get overwhelmingly busy even around rush hour times unlike big box gyms that I've previously been a member of. They have everything you need to get an efficient workout in. That Assault Bike can kiss my a$$ though. Very convenient gym if you live in North Charleston/Park Circle. “I am a die-hard member of Elevate fitness and love this place. The facility is spotless. The equipment is cleaned regularly and the other members also take care to clean up after themselves. There is a wide range of gear- from free weights, to machines, to cardio gear and it is hardly ever crowded. Best of all- it's open 24/7/365 so you can get in a workout anytime. The staff is all very knowledgeable with certified trainers who can help you create a fitness plan. BEST OF ALL... this place is NOT stuck up, showy, pretentious or obnoxious. There is a wide range of clientele- all just there to improve their health and well being. I highly recommend it- it's a great gym. And you should check out the cycling studio too. Absolutely awesome. LOVE IT!”

“I lifted at Vanguard while I was in town for a month. It was super easy to get a 1-month membership and accessing the facility was straight forward. Communication was very easy and response time was almost immediate. The gym itself was in fantastic condition, the aesthetics were an added bonus, and I found everything I needed with ease. All the members I met were helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my time here and was sad to leave!”

“We treated our team of 10 to a private Deep Stretch class at The Works, and Tara made the entire process incredibly easy. From our first inquiry to last minute changes, everything felt smooth and thoughtful. The Works team was quick to respond and made sure we had all the information we needed.
Special shout out to Khalid who was an amazing instructor! He created a comfortable space for a group of professionals who were definitely outside their usual routine, and he guided us through the class with patience and encouragement. The music set the perfect tone, and the feedback from our team afterward was even better than we hoped.
Thank you for giving our team such a meaningful experience during a very busy season - It was the perfect way for us to step away from the office and reset together. Highly recommend!”

“Had a fantastic “Boot Camp” work out on New Years Day with EJ of Trifecta Athletics. He works muscles I didn’t know I had. ?I use the fitness center at Sweetgrass on regular a basis and have never found it to be anything but immaculate. Highly Recommended. Can’t wait to learn about future ⛺️???”

Not only is Lagree a more challenging method than any of the other offerings available in the area, but the instructors here are consistently turning out effective and stimulating routines. “Terrell works the front desk at 5am and is the best employee they have! He is always unlocking the door when the gym opens and greets everyone. then he ensures all the trash cans are emptied, weights organized, and does all this at 5am before and during the first people arriving. Guys like him make coming to this location a breeze and if you want to show up early and get your workout in and not feeling the motivation, seeing Terrell bust his butt at 5am to make sure we all have a good workout should be enough to get you going.”
