“Had a great experience with these guys, they quoted me a price to fix my transmission, and they ended up doing it for quite a bit less than the original quote… Then they did a full service to my Allison Transmission and replaced all the filters and fluids, and it still didn’t come out to the original quote. Still saved over $500 from the original quote without the service being done. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks trippy for all your help. You guys had it done in two days.. “5th Wheel rails installation
I would not recommend.
First off, I had to drive 26 miles each way to sign a waiver for them to cut 2 slits in the bottom of the truck bed, which it tells you to do. When I picked up my truck the 4X4 did not work. After hours of troubleshooting I found a blown fuse. After further inspection I found that they drilled into the wiring harness that caused the problem. No mention of any issues when I picked up the truck. The front outside brackets are clearly marked, passenger side and driver side. They were installed on the wrong side. Step 1 in the instructions that I provided says; On the inside of the left vehicle frame is a wiring harness that is held in place with plastic clips. This section of wiring
harness must be moved aside by removing plastic clips from frame. This will allow the hitch parts to be positioned cor-rectly on frame.
Update; Kyle, the store manager called me on Monday 9-15-2025. He said his technician did not drill into my wiring harness and wanted pictures. He also stated that if they had done that, they would have told him and me.

UPDATE; Kyle had me take my truck to River Rock tire on 10/8/2025. They repaired the wire.”
“I got rear ended and brought my car there, they finished a day later than originally thought but it is a body shop and every car has something unexpected so I was not bothered by it, they kept me in the loop the whole time and I had thrown in some other stuff while I was there and they did an amazing job on it all, they even let me buy my own personal emblems instead of doing it through them so I can murder out my car. Dallas was very nice and so was the front desk lady, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. I will definitely be returning anytime I need paint done. Price was amazing too.”
“Great people. I chose them after I hit a deer in my car because of their rating, my preference to support locally owned small businesses, and that I knew that the owner is a Christian. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They only used OEM parts to fix my car. They worked with the insurance company when they uncovered extra damage that was not visible before tearing the car down. They picked up the rental car tab when my insurance rental car coverage maxed out. Lastly, and most importantly, my car looks better now than it did the day I bought it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
“Superb, friendly, professional service worthy of 5 stars! While towing my camper from Florida (destination Maryland) with my 2003 7.3L PSD F350, the truck developed an odd drive line vibration. Discussed it with my mechanic pinpointed it to be a driveshaft issue. I removed the drive shaft assembly, found this shop on a Google search, So glad I did! They found the issue & rebuilt the shaft within a couple hours! Big thank you to my Lord & Savior Jesus).”
“They did an AWESOME job on my 2018 Nissan Sentra it looked and drove as if it was brand new and spotless. I highly recommend this place located @ 196 Duncan Reidville road. The customer service from Stephen and his crew was kind, pleasant, and very respectful. Not to mention they knew who I was by face and over the phone every time I called. I give this shop a 10 out of 10, don’t walk but, RUN, get towed, or heck get dropped off to this shop. They will definitely treat you right.”

“Came in was in a time crunch everyone was smiles and friendly first thing in the morning. Good selection for after market items clean and helped me get back on the road lickity split. Update 1 so never made it out the lot before something else failed. But since I was stuck here they had showers a laundry room got me a hot shower with great pressure ? then im sitting upstairs when I get a phone call. They even bought me a sandwich at just the exact moment when I was saying I was getting hungry........could the place be any more amazing. Hey is there a way I can give them more then five stars.”

“The staff at this AutoZone was really helpful. For context I own a 2020 Honda Odyssey EX-L w/Navi & RES. It needs an AGM battery, I got the Duralast AGM Platinum Elite battery. The big issue was the replacement though, the battery in my vehicle is located under my engine air intake. The person who helped me (forgot his name) carefully took it off in order to get full access to the battery for replacement. He made sure to replace all parts as they were in the car before. And installed the battery installation kit & battery properly. He made sure the car started up before closing the hood. The car is working great now with the new battery. Thank you!”
