“Highly recommend. Crispin is very experienced at what he does. Took both of our vehicles in for cosmetic repair and he way more than met my expectations. I was really nervous about getting the big scratch fixed on our 2020 acadia but the paint match and finish was impeccable. “We have a new 2023 2970rl and the heat stopped working. Brought it to a local shop and at first they said something was out of adjustment and after contacting Dometic they had it running again and because it was considered maintenance I was charged a reasonable amount of money which I thought was fair. A few weeks later it stopped working again and this time they came out to my house and found another issue and towed it back to their shop. They called me a few days later and said there was a part on the way and the warranty covers it. This is by far not a large rv repair shop but overall I was treated fairly and quickly without a 3 hour trip back to the dealer and only had my camper gone for a total of a week. Shout out to Richard's RV in Duncan SC for what I believe is great service.”
“Took my Wife's Expedition to him for some body damage and to have the driver side painted after an unfortunate accident and he did a wonderful job! Went above and beyond and even fixed a few extra things that he saw needed done that was never mentioned at no charge. Job was done better then i could've asked for , paint match was flawless and also was done at a reasonable price and very quick. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing any body work / Auto paint , He definitely wont disappoint!”

“This was my first time dealing with Link’s body shop. I was referred by a friend and boy he wasn’t wrong. They did a great job on the body of my car. I had a dent and a few scratches and had to get my mirror replaced. When I got my car back I was shocked because it looked brand new! I didn’t have to wait but two weeks and my car was back in my possession. I thought it would be about a month. I want to thank the hands of Link’s employees that fix my car in a timely manner. Oh yeah they even washed and cleaned it up as well and I didn’t ask them too! If you want your car fixed right after a collision or just need fixed give link’s body shop a try and you won’t be dissatisfied!”

The manager told me that if the new battery develops an intermittent internal short like the last one, he couldn't warrant it. News flash: if the new one starts acting like the old one, you're getting TWO batteries back. I spent good money on your best batteries...that comment on my way out the door was inappropriate.”

“Had the best experience here this store is in a prime location and it always seems to be stocked with product. I went in to get a light bulb for my car and I was under the impression that i would be spending around 30 for a low beam headlight bc the website stated the price was around 30 but when I got in the store it was actually cheaper. The service was stellar both coworkers took time from what they were doing to help me out and I appreciate that. Super friendly people and it just makes everything better when people are nice, happy, and actually enjoy their job. I would shop here again even if the price for the same product next door was several dollars cheaper just based on the service.”
