“Not only do I love having this store in our small community to avoid going to a big box store where you may or may not get good customer service I love the friendliness of the staff and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to get the job done. I always have a great experience in this store but today was above and beyond. Chris was there today and I had a major problem with a job I was working on a very expensive project that was due today. Not only did he help me figure out what to do with it he helped me salvage it and prevent having yo start all over. Thank you so much for your help today.”

“I am 100% so satisfied with the chain I purchased for my chain saw. I can order one off amazon or through a big box store but they seriously make them by hand! That’s crazy! They told me it was to ensure quality and sharpness and wow it is all they said. Perfect fit and with fall coming and all the downed trees from the storm last year, this thing is going to cut like butter. It was well worth the wait. I understood that people are long up for these and now I can see why! If you want a good quality chain saw blade better get your name and measurements! Quick tip, bring your old blade or know the info cause they can’t make it without it.”
“It's open! The sign is above an undeveloped part of the building. Harbor Freight is to the left of the sign. I have often wondered why it never opened or if it did it's now closed.The inside was clean and well organized. The employees were helpful. The only reason I am giving this location a 4 is because it looks closed from the road.”

“"Ty" at Site One Landscapes is always very helpful and very knowledgeable of all aspects in the field! They have great products and will take the time to answer questions with the do-it-yourself homeowners that come in, myself included! Ty had given me a program to follow to keep up with my lawn maintenance schedule throughout the year and has been very easy to follow. The reason I went this route is because I got tired of getting poor service with the commercial companies that offer you their schedule and have poor results and no technical support. Thank you to Ty and staff at Site One!!!”

“We stopped in to find something we had looked all over town for and this was our last stop. They didn't end up having it in stock because they had just pulled it from the shelves for the season, but Maria was so helpful and kind enough to go into the back for us to be able to get it. She went above and beyond for us and that was greatly appreciated, so thank you so much for doing that; we knew you didn't have to. Also while we were there we got some candy and I was genuinely taken back by the selection. Not for nothing, just stop in for the candy sometime. Top it all off with the cashier being very friendly and we had a great little stop at Tractor Supply Co. I'm glad we decided to come in!”

“Rented a tool for a day and they said we needed to return it by 7pm on Sunday but didn't say that the store closed early for Easter. Called and they said they would leave a note that we tried to return the tool but was given incorrect information and to return it at our earliest convenience tomorrow so I luckily don't have to wake up 2 hours early for work just to return it. The guy was super nice about it! Thank you!”
“Christy the ASM did for me what no other Lowe’s personnel would do. Tried 2x over 2 weeks to purchase a 6k zero turn and both times, on the day of delivery, received an email saying my order could not be delivered. Right when I was about to cancel my order again I was fortunate enough to get through to Christy the ASM who took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I got my mower that day. It’s rare to find such great people, particularly in retail these days. After this whole experience, I made it a point to drive an hour away to the store to meet Christy in person and share my experience with her manager, Howard, who hopefully makes it a point to acknowledge Christy and make sure she knows how valuable as she is. Thank you Christy!”

There are closer stores I could visit but I will go out of my way every time because Ace has what I need and I can get it quickly.”
