I made a car reservation online, and when I got to the counter, they couldn't scan my ID. Apparently, this is a known problem. Thank goodness the next Car Rental Service was able to rent me a car with no problem. Otherwise, I would have been SOL

Very poor customer service. SLOW. They do not care to move or act quickly, and they have all the power. I rent from Hertz locations around the country and this location is beyond infuriating.Also, did not have the car class I reserved online.
