Clay made several trips to Eastover from the initial visit to come look in person to make sure he was providing an accurate quote (no strings attached), to the final visit to make sure everything was set up and running properly. We could have probably just set up the equipment ourselves as it was shipped directly to us (and that's how other competitors operate), but Clay took the time to come out to set everything up himself.
We've been using the new VOIP system the last several months and could not be happier with the switch. So glad we found Clay when we did as he is local, responsive and honest.”

“Just started a new plan with Verizon. While I am not happy with the corporate customer support over the phone from their support line and the excuse for “assistance” with my issue I was given by the support agents over the phone, the employees at this location on garners ferry road are absolutely phenomenal. The store was clean, organized and the employees were fast and extremely attentive to my issue and needs. I had the pleasure of working with Sean and his manager on duty (whose name I didn’t get) were so helpful in trying to get me the solutions I needed to start fixing my problem. They made sure to use any option or possible solution they had/ could find to help me correct the issue I was having that the otp customer support was completely disregarding.. Highly recommend seeing either one of them and shopping from this store if you are in the market for a new phone/accessories and want amazing customer service/experience.”
