While I am not happy with the corporate customer support over the phone from their support line and the excuse for “assistance” with my issue I was given by the support agents over the phone, the employees at this location on garners ferry road are absolutely phenomenal. The store was clean, organized and the employees were fast and extremely attentive to my issue and needs. I had the pleasure of working with Sean and his manager on duty (whose name I didn’t get) were so helpful in trying to get me the solutions I needed to start fixing my problem. They made sure to use any option or possible solution they had/ could find to help me correct the issue I was having that the otp customer support was completely disregarding.. Highly recommend seeing either one of them and shopping from this store if you are in the market for a new phone/accessories and want amazing customer service/experience.”

They walked us through the setup of each device and even did some troubleshooting for us! Great customer service and great energy!
