“First of all when I call to ask questions on April 13th 2026 @5pm. the gentleman that answered the phone name was Ben. Mr Ben answered all my questions clearly in a timely manner. When I arrive to the store Mr Ben was very nice and friendly and courteous. Mr Ben explained all of my options and was very patient even though I could not remember my 4 digit PIN right away. Mr Ben took his time and explain everything to me in detail so that even I can understand it. Every time I come into this store I'm always treated with super friendly service. No matter who's behind the register. I look forward to coming back there again to do all of my transactions and anything else that has anything to do with cell phone service. They walked us through the setup of each device and even did some troubleshooting for us! Great customer service and great energy!
