“I’am so happy with this stores manager. I was gracious to have manager Marion help with a on going issue I have been having with my account. This issue has caused my whole line to be suspended for a week and a half. And almost had to pay over a thousand in a phone that was turned in. I was so frustrated and was ready to go to another phone carrier after being with Verizon for over 14 plus years . The service I have gotten with Verizon customer care time was horrible and was ready to give up on all services. Until I came to Mr.Marion and was able to go into to my account and quickly find address the issue I was having even when the tech and Verizon care team couldn’t. He was able to help even with the reps was giving us a hard time on the phone. Although that had us on the phone for almost two hours. He was able to get everything resolved and my line restored! Thank you Mr.Marion you saved us from going to another carrier!! Experience and customer service 100/10!”
“Lyric should be promoted to Manager or Corporate Trainer, based upon the level of professional courtesy she extended me while helping me navigate my new purchase! A week ago, she utilized her strong interpersonal skills and convinced me to not only switch from an Android but to an IPhone 17 Pro Max! I came in today because I couldn’t locate my contacts or photos and she was able to show me how to operate and navigate, which was a plus for me. I see big things in her future and I hope Management takes notice. Job well done!”

They walked us through the setup of each device and even did some troubleshooting for us! Great customer service and great energy!
