“Very disappointed! Nice hotel but not accessibly friendly. They have no pool lift (required by ADA). Reserved a room with an accessible tub and it had no grab bars in the tub. It’s hard enough to travel when disabled without them making it ”

“Nice little stop in the heart of Custer State Park to use the restroom, grab a snack or full meal, but a souvenir or take a break next to a beautiful small lake. There is also a nice beach or kayaks available. While I was there, a bison was grazing directly across the street, near a campground entrance.”

“The room had a unique smell, but a little febreeze and we were good to go. It was fine for what we needed. Large enough for our family and clean. The staff was very orderly and easy going even though we pulled in at midnight. Kids liked the breakfast and the pool.”

“The only reason I gave them 4 stars was there is no elevator. Someone with bad knees this is a major inconvenience. I do wish I had seen this listed on the motel description. It is a very clean hotel that looks newly refurbished. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant. The location is perfect. It is on the main street walking distance to restaurants and shops.Rooms: Small but clean. The bathroom is tiny.”

“We have a nice stay. The rooms and bathroom were super clean with everything we needed in the room and the breakfast was nice too we all had something we liked yogurt, waffles, muffins, toast, oatmeal, danishes, bananas, apples, and they had apple juices and coffee as well and a soda machine you can pay for soda as well. There’s even a gas station across the road. Even undergoing remodeling, despite some of the reviews we had a great experience with the staff and hotel itself would recommend if you’re in the area to see mt Rushmore or crazy horse or just need a place to stop.”
