“I decided to head off the beaten path of the 29 freeway and head into Elk Point, in search of a cold drink to wake me up from being drowsy on the freeway. I saw the Dollar General and thought this would be a good stop and it was. Parking was available, store was clean, and the staff were friendly. The bonus was getting drinks, even cold at a discount price. Good stop south of Vermillion and Sioux Falls, South Dakota.”

Typically at a small town grocery store the prices would be sky high, but they weren't! Everything we looked at was comparable to Fareway or even Walmart!”
