“Top of the charts customer service. Employees here are great people, so much in fact that it feels like a small town gas station. I go here about twice a day during the weekdays morning and lunch to get gas and snacks and every day the service doesn't decline as far as I can tell. I wish more gas stations were like this.”

“Very friendly and customer service is always on point!There IS water spigot to fill Rv tanks if you’re wondering , non potable, but it is sort of a challenge getting to it if it is very busy. They recommend going across the street to the Rv park. But regardless, have always been very helpful and nice!”

“Rented a nearby VRBO so we stopped for dinner instead of driving so far into town. Menu was pretty extensive. Girls behind counter who took our order were very cordial and accommodating. Weren’t quite sure where to sit while we waited for food so we made our way to the ‘diner’. Could use some updates but food was quick and delicious. Best fries I have had in a long time. Don’t look too closely at the details and enjoy the food. Would eat there again. Very nice guy who made our food. Overall satisfied.”

“What can you say about a gas station nowadays? Except for this was the average price of gas for the grade that we needed. The window washing squeegee and papers were full and working. The pump was clean and the ground and the surroundings including the trash or clean at the gas station. Something you would expect as normal for a good gas station.”
“I hit this place on a regular basis due to its close proximity to my residence. The majority of the clerks have worked there for quite a while now, which is nice because they are familiar with me and I enjoy chatting and joking with them. Because the employees have some longevity, they are correct and accurate when ringing you up. This is essential because I'm usually in a hurry, which is the entire point of a convenience store. In and out and on your merry way!”

“As I walk in and get in line, I am greeted by a Lakota woman greeting me in my language. As I wait in line I hear her conversing with an elderly couple while waiting on them, in LAKOTA! It is not everyday a Lakota can walk into a business in Rapid City and be greeted in Lakota, no less have an actual conversation, it felt welcoming and comforting, even for a moment. I appreciate you Ms. Red Bear. I will recommend you for a raise or promotion. Thank you for ackowledging our relatives, being proactive and taking the lead on exceptional customer service. you're the best!!!! you get a 20 on my scale of 1-10!”

“Nice gas station. The bathroom is always clean and workers are friendly. Plus they have a deal going if you get 8 gallons of gas or more then you can get a free car wash. The car wash doesn't include the air dryers which is to be expected with a free car wash but your able to upgrade it and only pay $2, $3, or $5 for a nicer car wash with dryers! They have 4 types of coffee and I always get the Highlander Grog which is butterscotch and hazelnut flavored coffee. They have a variety of vapes here like Lost Mary, Juice Head, Breeze and a few others.”
“Hands down the best car wash in town. The attendants are fast and efficient and this wash gets what the others left behind. The store has great selection and is typically fairly priced. Clean facilities, great job!”

“Look, I may be a little over the Top but after many cave dwelling years, this area has come to an end in the superstitions that were needed, and they have more room for many more. I am from Minnesota. l loved these guys ,but I love Circle k even more. The joined forces this will be a plus for customers! The stores are big and wide open ,have bakery and anything else you want. By the 6 have icees all year very important. Last ,not least please Train your staff, if want to keep up with the holiday / Circle K crowd because they do train their staff they behave differently and and I like it they are not only polite and helpful to the customers but when you walk in they're not hunting honey and hunting you to death so which I think sounds very unprofessional and yeah these guys they're always in the same color smocks they look neat and they they have their stores looking clean and neat which is a big plus and then last but not least like I said they are just there to help and they they are very helpful and I think that they're going to give all the rest of you guys fits and ulcers for many years.”
“Car wash; the reason for my visit. The lights for telling you when to stop, pull forward, and dry, are very difficult to see. The wash is not the greatest, but it does knock the SD road salt off. The undercarriage wash is fairly good.”

“Honestly... as gas stations go, this is a good one. Friendly staff and pretty clean. It's just on such a small lot with no room to expand that it's super difficult if its busy to get in and out of the gas pumps when hauling a trailer. It's not something that is easily fixed. I can only get in on the side closest to the pub if I don't want to be forced to drive off the curb and the air hose for tires is not easy to access for a trailer either. I don't think those issues can be fixed. That's why 4 stars. The staff are all great and so is the store.”
“Has ultra low sulfur diesel fuel. I’m happy that they don’t carry that biofuel bullshit. Having had to rebuild our gas tank once already because of it we are always on the lookout for real diesel for our truck”
“Just visited the Yesway in Rapid City next to Marco's pizza (7/8/23 @ 6:10pm). The store was very clean and organized. The cashier was super friendly & helpful. I will visit again if we are passing through.”

“My husband and I happened upon this quite a few years ago and thought it was the coolest. While passing through Rapid we wanted to show the kids but the animals are gone now 7/20/23. Still a nice and clean gas station, but if you’re going for the animals, they’re no longer there.”
