We were greeted by Mary and she was very professional and pleasant to work with. We ended up finding a couple dressers that we liked and had them delivered to our home.

“I had an exceptional experience at the Mobile One store on Omaha Street today, thanks to an employee named Garrett. I came in with a frustrating issue regarding a billing credit that phone customer service had been unable to resolve, even after directing me to the store.
> Garrett immediately impressed me with his professional and welcoming demeanor. He clearly and honestly explained the limitations he faced in directly resolving my issue, without any misleading information. During a follow-up call with phone support (on speakerphone), Garrett appropriately interjected to clarify what could and could not be done at the store level, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
> Beyond this, Garrett was also very helpful in assisting me with a new product I was interested in. He set it up with impressive technical proficiency. “Ron was great! Our AC quit middle of the night. I called to find out if they had a capacitor. I knew nothing about what i needed. He was patient and explained what numbers he needed off the old one to make sure they had the right one. They had one left so he put it aside for me. When I arrived I showed him a photo of my outside system with the panel off. He noticed I actually have two capacitors but they didn't have the second one in stock. He went above and beyond calling around and checking online to see if he could get the second part for me.”

“I spent way too much time here waiting to have lunch with a friend after coming into town pretty early. I easily got all of the groceries I needed and staff were very friendly. The checkout associate was a little annoying since he pushed the Target RedCard and Target Circle (which I have) more than I'm used to having people do, but he was courteous nonetheless. I did use the bathrooms and they were very clean. Zero complaints about the Starbucks. If anything, their service was incredibly fast. I have been to Targets all over the Southwest and major cities in Texas they all had two entrances...this is the first one I've ever been to that doesn't. That was a little weird, so park by the one entrance if you don't wanna walk in the cold!”
