“I went in looking for ink for two of my printers. The sales associate, James, went above and beyond to help me find the correct ones. He even suggested that I sign up for the Business Select program and showed me a printer that was a great price on sale! I had hurt my knee and James helped me get the new printer and a case of paper to my car. What a help that was! I wish all stores had sales associates that cared as much as James did! Great job!”

“I had just printed up approximately 100 Newsletters and 100 Foliage Brochures for the homeowners association and was literally scraping the barrel for ink. In fact, the printer wouldn't print anything else. So I headed to Office Depot to purchase more laserjet cartridges for my HP Color Jet Pro M283 printer. The folks had readily available cartridges in blue, yellow, and magenta, but no black. So, I went up to customer service to order that. by the way, when ordered any cartridges at the customer service desk, you folks literally delivered it to my doorstep. That's service. Anyway, the associate looked on the computer to order and noticed that there were 11 of them but they hadn't been put out yet. So, the supervisor went to the back and retrieved one for me. Left the store happy I was able to complete my shopping experience.”

“I travel a lot for my work and I absolutely LOVE the print job Kim did for me! They have this beautiful printer that can print directly on glass, acrylics, pretty much anything with a flat surface. So she whipped up these beautiful photos of my puppy Bento on durable acrylic so I don’t have to worry about breaking glass while I travel. They are my go to store for print when I’m in town!”
