“Comunication was very much lacking in the beging towards the end communications was alot better. My key folds into my fob, upon pickup noticed it had been forced closed as the pin holding my key came out a little and gouged the key case evntually resuling in the pin allowing the key to fall of fob. Could be more careful with keys that fold. Eli was a great help and super nice,he exsplained everything and tried his best to give me time frames of services!”

“Quoted wrong price, gave me a heart attack when I found out how much. Advised Todd I didn't have that much. He took a coupon of 300.00 off. Helped, but I had to borrow money to pay the 6870.94. I only had 5500.00. Todd was very helpful and kind. I think it was Matt who also was involved. They were all very nice. I am very appreciative of the loaner I was given. I loved it and it saved me a lot.”

“Bringing in a scraped car, Eric, the owner had listened to my rip off $4,000 estimate at Marv's Auto body Shop experience. He told me he just didn't see how they could come up with that estimate. To be fair, I had just paid in full for the person's car I scraped. I didn't need my insurance increasing. He spent some time talking to me and being kind. Then he said let's see what I can do. He took 10 minutes buffing out the scrape and polishing. It looked pretty darn good. He treated me like a human being and not like a victim. Thank you, Eric, for your expertise and even moreso for your humanity! I am a huge fan of your company”

So Gerald also gave me his ideas, which was very enlightening, because he really wanted me to be happy and let me know With options That I did not see or think about
The price was very reasonable.
But the quality of human Contact, it had me go hum, worked my imagination. talking with somebody that seemed to really enjoys their work

They communicated well, kept me in the loop, and produced a vehicle that looked even better than it did before the accident! Called them up to see if they could help me out on short notice because she was leaving for college in a few days. They said bring it over and we'll look at it. Had it done in a couple of hours and only charged an hours labor. Highly recommend them.”
“Derik was very helpful and thorough throughout the process of repairing a friends vehicle needing a window and its motor repair after an attempted theft of the car. His pricing was very fair and saved about 200 over the prices quoted at another shop. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and went above and beyond the get the car to my friend after the repair was complete. “This is probably the greatest peterbilt in the country. Every-time I have an issue and I’m able to bring it to them they are able to find and fix the problem pretty quick and for a much more reasonable price then other Peterbilts. Cody and Stacy are very knowledgeable and super helpful and they both need a raise. Pain in the butt that they never answer the phone but that’s because they don’t just sit in the office but are out in the shop helping and advising their mechanics.”
