“Bringing in a scraped car, Eric, the owner had listened to my rip off $4,000 estimate at Marv's Auto body Shop experience. He told me he just didn't see how they could come up with that estimate. To be fair, I had just paid in full for the person's car I scraped. I didn't need my insurance increasing. He spent some time talking to me and being kind. Then he said let's see what I can do. He took 10 minutes buffing out the scrape and polishing. It looked pretty darn good. He treated me like a human being and not like a victim. Thank you, Eric, for your expertise and even moreso for your humanity! I am a huge fan of your company”

He filled my power steering fluid, didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing, and the car actually felt better afterwards. 10 out of 10, would let Slightly Disheveled Hero save the day again.”

“Very knowledgeable and trustworthy and can just about look at it and tell you what you need before you tell him what was wrong or the suspected failure.
Keeps a very large stock of alternator, generator and starters and rebuilds them in house, you can possibly wait if you're up for an interesting chat and can be a sponge and soak up his knowledgeable information”

Called them up to see if they could help me out on short notice because she was leaving for college in a few days. They said bring it over and we'll look at it. Had it done in a couple of hours and only charged an hours labor. Highly recommend them.”

His pricing was very fair and saved about 200 over the prices quoted at another shop.
