This is my first car and I'm just trying to take the best car for my older car. Being a female and having a female to ask questions to is great, a different kind of understanding where you don't feel manipulated when going to do anything car related services.”
“I am doing a road trip across the USA, West Coast to East Coast and back for my retirement. I got the reminder to change my oil & filter at 5K, so I was staying close by to the quick lane and I called ahead and they said they were open for business. I drove over and was greeted by the nicest people at a dealership service ever! They came out to me (usually I would have to go in to get service at my local dealer) and they got me squared away. I arrived at 0912 & I got an oil change with filter & tire rotation & car wash in under an hour. All the staff that I spoke to were very helpful, nice people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants excellent attention to detail, courteous and friendly staff who explains what they completed on your vehicle & goes over the inspections of your vehicle for future service. And the price was very reasonable for what I had got done. I was very impressed and pleased with my vehicle service. When I am back in this area I will definitely be going to this place for all my service needs.”
“Walked in here Sunday around 11am after being turned away by service manager at Louise tire store. Dakotah greeted us immediately, even though he was helping another customer, got us lined up for flat tire fix—picked up a screw—and they completed service in less than 2hours! Very happy customer here.”

“I came in to have my headlights restored and tires replaced. Had some issues come up, but Joel in Auto care did an excellent job to provide service.Be sure to go to an alignment shop to have an alignment done after having tires replaced as Walmart doesn't do alignments at this location.”

Bought a H2 with over size tires and needed new ones.
Ordered thru Walmart. Arrived and made an appointment to get them installed.
Couldn't do it. Lift was inoperable that they use for larger vehicles. Floor supervisor asked me to come back Tuesday morning and it would be fixed. Installing of the tires would be on the house.
Came back Tuesday and dropped off my vehicle at approximately 0930hrs. At approximately 1800hrs, I had still not gotten a call on my vehicle. Called them and it was reported to me that they could not install my tires. Didnt really give me a reason. Was a tad bit perturbed that I had to call to begin with.
But the floor supervisor made a note that they would re-emburse me for what ever I spent at another shop getting my tires installed. 172 dollars later, Walmart customer service made good on that promise. Thank you.”
“New guy got my car done fast and professional, noticed my windshield wipers crapped out, I forgot about it got them replaced. Better experience then the other walmart. I just hope he's not to new where I'll find out my oil is leaking.”

“Went to get an oil change today and everything went great, as usual! Then right before I was to leave, Wes said ma’am come look at this. There was a screw in my rear tire. I got new tires less than two months ago. He recommended I contact them right away because it could be a problem. I did, got it fixed and so happy he saw it. My angel, Wes, didn’t know I would be traveling out of state this weekend for a funeral, and I know he saved me. They are seriously the BEST. Caring. Attentive. Kind. Thank you. Everyone should be like Wes and the crew at Empire Oil ?”
