“Customer service was outstanding today over the phone. I had left the store without a bag of items. I didn't think I had the receipt so they went up and beyond trying to find my transaction which I paid by cash so they couldn't track a card number. They put much effort into trying to help me so I could claim items. Turned out I found the receipt and customer service said i could claim items that fidnt come home with me. Shayann did such a wonderful job working hard to help me and with 100% professionalism. To be honest at most stores I ask for help and I get a look and I cannot help you and that is in person. So I wanted to thank the vermillion store for their hard work and dedications to their customers. Great job.”
