“Customer service was outstanding today over the phone. I had left the store without a bag of items. I didn't think I had the receipt so they went up and beyond trying to find my transaction which I paid by cash so they couldn't track a card number. They put much effort into trying to help me so I could claim items. Turned out I found the receipt and customer service said i could claim items that fidnt come home with me. Shayann did such a wonderful job working hard to help me and with 100% professionalism. To be honest at most stores I ask for help and I get a look and I cannot help you and that is in person. So I wanted to thank the vermillion store for their hard work and dedications to their customers. Great job.”
“Nearly full parking lot. First Saturday of 2026. Pantry recharge visit for us. Found everything on list - even real sugar Pepsi! Smooth self checkout. Enough human cashiers lines were short. Holiday shelves w/ just a few items being picked over. Smooth running Walmart.

“Hy-Vee Pharmacy made our day! Our sweet dog has been sick and we needed a script filled, didnt realize the Pharmacy closed at 6, called at 5:52 and said we were headed over. Terri, who is awesome, stayed late to help us out. Which is standard practice. I cant say enuf about Terri, she rocks! I have always had great experiences with the staff at the Vermillion Hy-Vee.
