“I came to the store on Christmas eve and as soon as I walked in i was welcomed and asked if i needed any help. The store was very clean and well stocked and even though the employees had to work Christmas eve they were were happy and helpful . I was there for a very short time but Noah And Jess and a guy in a very festive tie were very professional and had a very friendly attitude.”

“I highly recommend this store. Not only are the employees friendly and professional, they are also willing to share great advice. I came to this store looking for some parts that I thought I needed for a plumbing project. Shelby, who works at this store, shared with me that he had been a professional plumber and offered me some free plumbing advice. After showing him photos of my project and explaining what I was trying to do, it turned out that my approach was unnecessarily complicated. Instead of needing to spend over $80 on parts from multiple stores, as I had planned, Shelby explained that some new rubber washers would probably solve my problem. I took his advice, it worked and only cost me a total of $2. Although Lowe's and Home Depot are closer to my house than this store. Elder's Ace Hardware of Rocky Hill has just become my go-to store for all future hardware needs.”

“While leaving the Alcoa/Maryville area, I see this Rural King. I had never heard of it until recently when I saw comments (positive) on a social media platform. I went in to check it out. Upon entering the door, you are hit with the popcorn aroma. They give you a bag for free. This aroma actually brought me back to my childhood entering a dime store. Anyway, this is family owned & operated. Had just about anything you would need. I was on a mission to find a owl decoy which they had in stock and half the price of Lowe's. I was pressed for time, but will definitely visit again. Would have received 5 stars, but staff customer service was subpar. The only one with a smile was the male cashier. Yes, they have a cashier and no self checkout. (score!)”

“The kind of place mechanical junkies love. Huge selection of metric, standard, stainless, and just plain weird nuts and bolts. Very helpful, and unlike Fastenal, they don't care if you come in to buy one small piece. Without a doubt, this is the best fastener store in a wide area.”

Employees are always so attentive and asked me multiple times do I need help, as most of the time I do but sometimes I just say no. I will always take being overwhelmed with help and underwhelmed any day. Parking is very ample because this is a Mega Supercenter type place. There are many things nearby so you should not have trouble having fun anywhere and everywhere. You will absolutely love it! Lego build that house”
