“This is my favorite Ace Hardware in town. I highly recommend stopping in. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me pick out the parts I needed to fix my outdoor spigot. They also went out of their way to show me how to install it step by step. They even drew me a diagram which helped so much once I got home. They were amazing, I could not have fixed this without them.”

“Bought a pressure washer in April had issues and returned it to the store. The store manager Chad said they didn’t have another one at their store, but called another location in another town and asked them to hold it for him. He then drove up there and picked it up and brought it back to the Knoxville store to make an exchange for us the same day. Needless to say their customer service is superb.”

“Lighting in store is good for seeing things. They have easy to find items that are marked and if you can't find something you can ask one if the friendly staff. The electrical department is very knowledgeable.”

“So my zero turn mower decided to throw a drive belt today. I called my local cub cadet dealer today to check on a belt. $50 + tax they wanted. I decided to check TSC near me via phone call. They didn't have a cub cadet belt in stock but had one the proper size, and it was only $20. By the time I got there they had it pulled waiting on me. Great job TSC ? ?”
