“I bought a bag of soil for my house plants and I wasn’t aware that it’s best to use the indoor soil that is treated for gnats. We had a huge gnat issue in our house plants for two months. Complete customer error. I went back to ask about what they recommend for that after we had to throw away all the gnat infested soil. The gentleman named Bern gave me two free bags of indoor soil for the troubles. I was very grateful and surprised at the kindness even when it was my own mistake. Thank you, Mr. Bern!”

“Genuinely this store has opened so many doors for me. The ability to purchase decently prices tools for many different types of jobs from automotive to chores around the house. Harbor Freight has given me the ability to go what the heck I'll give it a shot and see if I can get the job done. Harbor Freight will give you the tools just be sure YouTube so you know the rules. Seriously though YouTube university and a little bit of effort will gain you the ability to skip so many trips to the mechanic and over time you'll find yourself doing jobs on your car that your younger self would have thought wasn't even possible.”

“They have items and you get used to getting them there...then whoosh...no longer sell. That's a little frustrating. Some of their prices have really skyrocketed. Most notably quirky little garden items. Used to be reasonable...have doubled and tripled in price . And that started before taffifs
Otherwise I love just looking around at their sometime unique items... and the bunnies and babies chick's and ducks!!!”

We asked for a cart, after hearing the quantity they said no they will load them for us. They went way above and beyond what they needed to do. Leigh & Lillian are legit amazing. They didn't have a cub cadet belt in stock but had one the proper size, and it was only $20. By the time I got there they had it pulled waiting on me. Great job TSC ? ?”

“Place is usually not super crowded and that's why it's my absolute favorite... Lol. This location, the Sevierville location, and Maryville location are all about 15-25 min from my house but I always choose this one because it's way less stressful to me than going across the street where it's always busy at lowes (also H Dizzy 4 ever 🤘)”

An employee named Rex immediately asked if he could help, took us to exactly what we needed and expertly cut the pieces to our exact measurements. Rex could not have been more courteous and professional with my wife and I.
