After starting at a different collision center across town and being disappointed by their service and communication, I called here. They got me in quickly, handled everything ahead of schedule, and provided excellent communication throughout the process.
I worked with Mary, and she was an absolute rock star! Always anticipating needs ahead of time, communicating clearly and making sure everything stayed on track.
This was an insurance claim, and they even coordinated all the details with Farm Bureau.

“They did a good job painting my Yamaha R6 ferring and tank, and they did so in a good time frame of two weeks. Will be posting pictures of the whole product with details in the future. Im giving this a 4.5 out of 5. The job was not perfection, a few minor flaws but it looks excelent with a beutiful color over all, and the flaws would take an owner who looks at every detail to notice, nothing is perfect, but its good and will definetly turn heads and it's by far better than any paint job I could pull off. Was it worth the money to have it painted over having a pre decal plastic made for less than half the price? I think so, nothing beats how a professional paint job look, I am ultra picky and piticular, the made the grade.”
“Let me just tell you about mine and my husband experience, with Josh D the store manager we went to the Autozone to see if they could test his Alternator and it was bad so instead of making us go all the way home change it and bring it back to get the new one since this one was covered under warranty he changed it for us in the parking lot his offer took his time done it in like 10 mins and was super nice,friendly,professional but went above and beyond we had our 4 year old with is so it made our day much easier Joshua Dutt i think is his name is absolutely amazing and the best!!!”

“On April 16, 2024, I came into the S. Hall Rd. store located in Alcoa Tennessee. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Joe. Joe was extremely helpful and very courteous. Joe had second to none knowledge of my much older vehicle. He began explaining to me why my part didn’t work and went above and beyond to make sure the mistake never occurred again. Joe also went above and beyond by making sure that I was satisfied .!!!!
