“We had to head over there from across the street when my car wouldn’t start from a dead battery. They let us borrow jumper cables which my husband returned after getting my car going. I went back today thinking I needed a new battery but I asked them to check the battery and alternator (which they do for free). Stephan did the assessment and while I was sure that I needed a new battery, he checked 6 times to be sure and said that all was still good! He suggested that the connections needed cleaned and offered to do it for free. I was so thankful to have someone be so honest and so helpful! I gave him a tip because he said no charge but my trust is definitely at this store and with Stephen if anything else goes south with my car. Thank you Stephen!”

“On April 16, 2024, I came into the S. Hall Rd. store located in Alcoa Tennessee. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Joe. Joe was extremely helpful and very courteous. Joe had second to none knowledge of my much older vehicle. He began explaining to me why my part didn’t work and went above and beyond to make sure the mistake never occurred again. Joe also went above and beyond by making sure that I was satisfied .!!!!
