“I had a dead battery across the street and the store manager Kevin was extremely kind. He even walked me over to my car to jump my battery. With no pressure he said if you ever need any help or what not go shop around for batteries and I'll be here if you need me. 30 minutes later I decided that he was the best customer service and he was thorough and got me on the road again. He is a lifesaver and I'm very grateful for him.”
“O’Reilly on East Broadway in Maryville is the best!!!We were in Townsend, TN this past weekend for the Bronco Super Celebration when our ignition coil went out on our 1969 Bronco. We were without a vehicle to pick up a part. We tried Uber and none were available. We called O’Reilly on East Broadway to see if they had the part and if they delivered. They don’t usually deliver but they knew we were stuck and they delivered the part to us. What nice Southern hospitality. We tipped the driver handsomely.
