“I was just there 4-18-2025, I used self check out but questioned why the digital coupons weren't working. Skylar came right over to help, he said there were some issues but quickly helped me with the app to clip the coupons. Then he showed me how to scan the barcodes in the app before checking out. Such a pleasant and helpful young man. Surely don't see that much these days. He should be commended on his customer service. Thank you Skylar!”
“This location used to have really bad heat and air. Now the building stays cool when it should and warm when it should. Same friendly people you would expect anywhere. Just don't be surprised when you have to ring yourself up as there are usually only 1-2 cashiers and the rest are self check out.”
“I call the pharmacy at walmart in alcoa and sue answer the phone and help me with all my questions and she was so sweet and helpful then I had to go pick up my medicine and she was super nice she goes above to help me I want to thank her so much for her help”

“I don't understand. I thought when you put the coin in the cart, you are purchasing the cart. $.25 for a shopping cart is a great deal! Employee stopped me from putting the cart into my Ford F350 Super Duty (extended bed).
I feel bad. I've been coming here for years and have amassed a large cart collection. I thought I was buying them all this time.”
