“This is my favorite Ace Hardware in town. I highly recommend stopping in. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me pick out the parts I needed to fix my outdoor spigot. They also went out of their way to show me how to install it step by step. They even drew me a diagram which helped so much once I got home. They were amazing, I could not have fixed this without them.”

Not only did he assist me in finding the materials I needed, but he also took the time to personally walk me to the front desk, ensuring everything was in order.

“This is gonna sound like a commercial, but I had such an extraordinary good experience with both the staff, and the stores club/membership thing that I have to share. To keep it short, I waltzed into the store to return an item which my friend purchased for me (without a receipt, and from a store in another state). The manager there went out of her way to exhaust every means she had to effect the return, way beyond what I thought she needed to do or was possible. That's only the one good thing, the other good thing is that my friend who made the purchase for me, was also a member of the Tractor Supply membership/club thing, sorry I don't know what they call it, anyway, with my friends phone #, all the info was on record and the manager was able to print the receipt and credit my friends card back for the return. So, the commercial is this. Membership has it's privileges! If you aren't signed up for it yet, don't wait, do it now. I love this store for a number of reasons, like the fact that they carry a number of USA made products, but now I have another reason to love it even more.”
