“This is my favorite Ace Hardware in town. I highly recommend stopping in. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me pick out the parts I needed to fix my outdoor spigot. They also went out of their way to show me how to install it step by step. They even drew me a diagram which helped so much once I got home. They were amazing, I could not have fixed this without them.”

“James and Jerry are awesome!! They took a bad situation and made it a positive one. I had a small safe malfunction and I searched online for a locksmith near home in Farragut. The guy that came out did everything to the safe but get it open. After an hour, I asked him to leave. I gave him the money for his labor and asked him to leave as to not ruin the contents of the safe. Next I called pop a lock. They explained that they don’t work on that type of safe and referred me to FM George. Not only did they get my safe open but they didn’t charge me since I had been ripped off by someone before I found them.”

“You remember seeing those neighborhood hardware stores on TV? The kind like you walk in everyone greet you and they walk you down the aisle to help you find the stuff and the person that's helping you actually knows all about whatever it is you're trying to do? That's this place. You can walk in with just some rough idea about putting up a fence and whoever you talk to is going to be able to help you flesh that out get the tools you need and give you some advice and probably talk about the weather and some sports as well. They have a great little shop in the front that has some cute HomeGoods and home decor. The garden center is just okay. Sometimes he's plans with what they could use a little bit more love but it's a great local spot. Highly recommend”
“it's am amazing company! I've been going there for alittle over 4 years now and every year it inly gets better! Just when I think they have reached the highest level of professionalism, fair pricing and quality they outdo themselves. no matter how busy they Are they will still answer every question I have. they are very knowledgeable and have helped me to get answers for paint and supplies many many times over the years. they have competitive pricing and I definitely choose them over any of the big chains like depo or lowes 10 to 1. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company so i will close by saying. .. you won't find nicer more helpful people anywhere else than Farrel! go to them to atleast try it out once and thank me later because you will have saved money, time and alot of aggregation in comparison to any other company.
