“I went in to buy a door. Sadly they do not have them in store but they are available on line. I approached a young man, Lucas W at the Hardin Valley location in Knoxville. He was busy but stopped immediately to help me. He showed me the doors that were available on line and how I could order one as soon as I was ready to make my purchase as I wasn’t sure right then. He wrote the information down for me so I could order it on line from home. He was just so kind and professional. I asked him if he worked on commission because he was so helpful. His response was, “No, we don’t work on commission. I’m here to help you with whatever you need.” He made such an impression by being so helpful and kind. I feel it’s necessary to reach out and publicly commend him as sometimes those in the sales force are not as receptive to stop and help a customer. He needs to be commended for his professionalism and kind demeanor please.”

“I bought a bag of soil for my house plants and I wasn’t aware that it’s best to use the indoor soil that is treated for gnats. We had a huge gnat issue in our house plants for two months. Complete customer error. I went back to ask about what they recommend for that after we had to throw away all the gnat infested soil. The gentleman named Bern gave me two free bags of indoor soil for the troubles. I was very grateful and surprised at the kindness even when it was my own mistake. Thank you, Mr. Bern!”
“I used Metal Supermarkets of Knoxville for a custom DIY mobile gantry crane project, and they absolutely crushed it. I needed specific hot-rolled square tubing and flat bar that required a special order. Not only did they source the material quickly, but they also cut everything to my exact specifications.
When I brought the metal back to the shop, the prep work paid off immensely—assembling and welding it together was as seamless as putting together an IKEA kit. There was absolutely no need for further modifications or corrective cuts.

“Picked up my new dump trailer surprise surprise website said it didn't come with trailer brakes but it did awesome it's a carry on 6x12 12k dump trailer . Northern tool was 1,000 dollars cheaper than RK only thing I have noticed so far is the hydraulic fluid is low . They had to order the trailer said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get only took 9 days well done NT . Make sure you grease the bearings if you get one next to no grease in the axles”
“Our Local Community Home Depot has amazing kids event.They have this event, the 1st Saturday of each month for kid's age 5-12 years old.This Home Depot Program is great for single moms, with sons.The entire staff at Home Depot, goes out their way to teach kids how to fix things at home for mom.And they also offer tools and kits, for each child to build and to take home.The event is free and each child gets an apron and a pin, plus takes home cools projects each month.Thanks, Home Depot for outstanding customer service and community service, for the entire single mom raising sons alone.”
