“Great experience with National Car Rental in Nashville. I accidentally left my pad folio in my rental car, upon my return to Nashville International Airport on 10.9.2024. In it were important meeting notes-and my passport! I didn't realize it until I had gone through TSA. I went back to the National pick up area to let them know. One of National’s team members, Josh Aguilar, not only assisted me, he went above and beyond what most people would do. He went to the cleaning area to look for my rental then went up to the service area to look for the car. He also called the rest of the team to make sure the car wasn't re-rented before he could search the vehicle. The man was hustling! He eventually found the vehicle and it was brought back to the rental area where we found my lost items. Please let management at Nashville International Airport know what a great employee he is. I recently rented a 15-passenger Ford Transit van from Bandago for a family trip to Destin, Florida. I was about 20 minutes late picking up the vehicle due to traffic in Nashville, but was warmly greeted by a young lady who had been working hard outside in the heat cleaning other vehicles. Even so, she was kind, professional, and quick to help. She did a thorough inspection, gave me all the information I needed, and made sure I was able to leave promptly. Her customer service truly stood out.
The van drove perfectly — smooth, spacious, and reliable. It helped me give my family a touch of a luxury experience where everyone could just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. We all work hard, and having a vehicle that could comfortably fit us all without stress made a huge difference. Bandago is definitely on to something when it comes to offering passenger transit vans like this — it really elevated the trip.
The only issue I ran into was after returning the van. I accidentally left my personal cell phone holder behind. I contacted someone the following Monday and was told it could be left outside for me to pick up. Unfortunately, after driving back out there, the item wasn’t there, and I haven’t received a response to my follow-up texts. While this won’t stop me from renting from them again, better communication would definitely improve the overall experience — especially when it comes to retrieving lost items.
Overall, Bandago delivered a great rental experience, and I’ll definitely prioritize them for future family trips.”

I have reached out twice in two weeks with no return contact. Once about an additional vehicle issue found within the first full day of driving and once regarding the work owed. Good selection and nice facility. Very pushy on additional warranty coverage, but worked with me on getting payments closer to budgeted amount during financing.”

The test drive was great pointers and conversation as well.We had a concern with one of the tires and Matt took it to Firestone for an inspection. They decided to put new tires on it. He kept me updated the entire time and made it work so I could have my new-to-me car on Thanksgiving to show off to my family and friends!Ironically, we bought our last vehicle from Matt in 2019. When we started car shopping we looked for the other dealership we went to but they were no longer in business. An internet search for the car I wanted led us to Hertz as the price, mileage, and everything was exactly what we needed. When we walked in, there was Matt! It was perfect!
