“Recently stayed here for 5 nights and was very impressed! The whole hotel has been renovated. We stayed on the top floor and had a very nice, clean and perfectly quiet room (even with the train going by, which by the way, did not blow its whistle once).
The whole floor was perfectly quiet, not one issue. The beds were very comfy. The housekeeping was excellent! The staff did an amazing job - we had no issues - they were very thorough.
Location was great for us with a brand new Tanger Outlets right near by with lots of great shopping, restaurants and a beautiful outdoor sitting area and play area.
The only two negatives I would say is that the pool area was very basic with no bathrooms in the pool area (they are down the hall) and the breakfast was so-so -- lots to choose from but the hot items are a lower-end quality (powdered/frozen eggs, etc) and the one gentleman who was on breakfast duty the one morning was very unmotivated and not pleasant or helpful.
Other than that, I would recommend staying here.”

“Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast area was well stocked with excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again.

Safety: Chris from security is a great guy who always made sure our safety was first. He would walk the grounds and hotel to make sure everything/everyone was safe while staying there. He is also a great friendly guy to communicate with. He is a guy that takes his job serious and is always looking out for the guest. My personal experience with him is ; he is someone I trust with my traveling experiences who will keep me safe.”

“Pleasant, responsive staff
Nice location for all our plans in Nashville
For parents: don't plan on the pullout bed in the suites unless your kids are less than 5feet tall and then they need to sleep parallel to the back of the couch.
Breakfast was plentiful, the breakfast lady was nice and cheery.”

“Location is in a rundown part of town which I recognize they can’t do anything about at this point. But, I wish I would have known before booking that the area has a lot of homeless people standing in the middle of the roads begging for money. Lobby was shabby and run down and strange for a Hampton. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but the area was not ideal.”

“The rooms are very beautiful. The parking lot is very bright at night. The location is good for shopping at walking distance. And the staff there is very kind. Looking forward to staying there again.”

“I don't know why some people give this hotel low ratings. It's not bad at all unless you have bad customer service, but the past few days, I have been getting good customer service from the night people and they were very nice and friendly.”
