“I am late in sharing my experience because I dont really do google reviews. However, I must give a huge shout out to the guys at Billingsley. After a garbage experience at Cotton's in Ringgold I called Billigsley. I was in from out of town and needed to get home quickly. Cotton's didn't care or show any urgency to get my truck take care of. At the end of the lost day, they advised they couldnt even fix my issue. I googled and landed on Billingley. I spoke with the owner about my transmission issue. He not only understood the urgency but his actions toward getting the work done were swift. He set expectations with what work was to be done and when it would be done. He communicated each step of the way and finished before he said he would be done. Im sorry I wasted a day at Cotton's. I've pointed several folks to Billingsley. I lived in Chattanooga for years and always used Gene at Middle Valley Auto. He was always fair, cared and was quick. The guys here at Billingsley do the same. Thanks yall!!!

“Took my Chevy Silverado 1500 in to have sideboards put on and they quoted me a Great price for boards and install. Got there at my appointment they came out a while later and told me there was a problem. There were 2 different part numbers for my truck boards. They had to reorder the correct ones and had them there the next day and put on in 45 min. They kept Apologizing for the mix up. My truck looks AWESOME!!! Thank you guys”

I called them with the vin number fully expecting to get told there’s no info they could give me because quite frankly, what’s in it for them? To my surprise, they took the vin number and gave me a rundown of the work they did on it along with their opinion of the vehicle.
