“The customer sales reps here are EXTREMELY helpful and very kind. I personally spoke with Quin. She was very nice and very friendly. She helped me with a lot of maneuvering through my phone and giving me all the specifics on what to do and how to do it. I will say, this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any store involving cell phones. Quin also told me how to backup my phone and all my data, in which I had no idea. Once again, very helpful saleswoman and very knowledgeable people.”

“Store Manager, Danny and DT went above and beyond the call of duty to do a phone transfer which was complicated because my phone was on my niece’s Michigan account and one of several phones that were transferring from Verizon to AT&T. After my old phone was transferred to my new phone they even provided additional help connecting some of my apps. I had AT&T service for my cell phone in the past and always used this store and received great service. I just want the powers at be to know that this AT&T location in Cordova is lucky to have such great employees. So glad to be back with AT&T.”

She was kind enough to give me her phone number so I can call up there to figure out when the IPhone came in. Gonna call in again later to see if they came. Great service!! I recommend!!”
