They are very compassionate to dogs, cats and their people. We have 5 personal cats & 2 dogs & we have a revolving door of foster cats and kittens. Doc Monica and her staff have helped us so many times! She has saved lives and her staff is always so prepared when I need help.

6010 Airline Rd, ArlingtonI recently brought my newest family member, Charlie, to see Dr. Heather White. Linda scheduled my appointment over the phone and was both kind and attentive to my needs. Upon arriving at the clinic, I filled out the necessary paperwork in a comfortable waiting area and was promptly taken to an exam room. Two technicians, Toby and a young woman whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, were extremely friendly and efficiently handled Charlie’s vaccinations. I also had him microchipped, a service I highly recommend to all pet owners.
Dr. White spent ample time with me, discussing Charlie’s health and conducting a thorough examination. She offered valuable advice and was empathetic to my concerns, ensuring I felt supported throughout the visit. I highly recommend Dr. White and had an overall positive experience with this clinic.

After a bout of enormous menu paralysis I asked the kind lady at the counter to surprise me, and boy she did a fine job!
Great service with a smile, sundaes too big for a reasonable person to finish and all needs satisfied. The only suggestion I’d have would be to get pictures up of what the different options look like. That would help newbies make their choice. Five stars, going on six
