“We went to Ethen Allen to look for an area rug and matching runner. Jennifer helped us, she told us about a rug that didn’t work for someone else and they returned it. We got a beautiful rug at a great deal! Jennifer helped us with the lay out of the rug. When I called Jennifer to buy the rug she told me Amanda would help us and she did. “If I could put 10 stars I would. We just moved here from California and we left majority of our furniture behind because it was old lol. So we needed to buy a whole new everything! So went to 5 stores that felt like 15 stores because we had to walk look at pricing etc. Out of all the places we went to this one was it. Carolina and Billy were beyond amazing with assisting us and meeting our needs and not asking for an arm and our liver for furniture. You guys are so pleasant. “3/31/21: My husband and I just a great experience at Family Leisure/Nashville. I'm going to only review the Sales Associate, Bryan Daniel, here because we haven't received our patio furniture yet, so I can't speak as to the Delivery and Scheduling Office, etc. So, let me reserve the right to amend this review later based on that!First off, Bryan was super helpful! He showed us around the patio furniture floor, and answered all questions we had (and we had a lot!) He explained that some items were in stock, and others needed to be ordered, and we indicated that this is not a problem because we didn't actually need the set until early June -- this made his eyes light up and he said that they definitely would have all that we needed for delivery by that timeframe! He wrote up the ticket, let us check it over, made any alterations that were necessary, and added a few pillows to our order, and viola! We were in business and headed to check-out within about an hour of arriving at the doors! Very happy with his service...Now to wait for dispatch to call with a delivery time! [More to follow...]”
“I have been a Graham lighting customer for over 8 years. I don’t normally post reviews but sometimes the service is so compelling that you must write one. Customer centric service is a dying breed, and it is refreshing when you come across an organization that has sustained a culture of “client first” mentality. Ginger, the owner, has successfully created an environment which makes you feel important as a client. You get the attention, the follow-up, the flexibility, and a small business feel where the vendor goes out of their way to make things work. The business offers an immense selection of beautiful lighting options and design help as part of the process. Me and my wife are picky, but we have been so impressed with the patience, the professionalism, and most of all the “do what it takes” attitude. In this era of disappearing service standards, it’s great to see that the spirit of making customers feel special is still alive. I am very impressed and know that you will be as well.”

“When I was opening my pool this spring, I got pretty much everything hooked up and realized I was missing one piece. If you’ve ever opened, the pool is super frustrating! Especially when you can’t run anything without that one piece. I usually used to have to drive all the way to Nashville, which was almost an hour drive for me to the Nashville location. I went in about 15 minutes before they close I had called beforehand and the associate on the phone was super nice! He confirmed they had the part that I needed And even though I came in right before close, everyone was so nice! Joshua in the parts department was super helpful and knowledgeable. Our pool is about 15 years old and sometimes it gets tricky to find the parts that I need. I thought everything was reasonably priced and found a few extras that I needed as well. If you’re needing help with your pool, go see Joshua in the back! When I left, he was able to make me a printout of my pool that we had purchased from them 15 years prior. That way in case I needed any parts, I would know everything that I needed and then I originally had installed the pool! He went over and beyond!”
“We had a noise issue with our pump that was just an installed last August. The guy I spoke to (can’t remember his name) was super helpful in trying to help me troubleshoot. After that didn’t solve it, he quickly got me on the schedule for 2 days later! The repair guy, Tracy, determined that it was the filter and went ahead, changed it out and kept me informed the whole time he was there. He was Very helpful and informative.
I had further communications with another person at Family Leisure that same day and he was also super friendly and kept me updated on one more thing that needs to be completed this week. Thank you guys so much for making this effortless on my part and being NICE too!! That definitely goes a long way in my book.”
“Sometimes, it all comes down to sales skills and customer service. They can made you buy even if you aren’t ready. Mr Ghally was a perfect example of that. Nice clean store with a plenty parking spaces.”
“Update to my review….I upgraded my overall review to 4 stars as the company has followed up with me to fix the issue. The initial concern about their response time was partially on me as I missed their initial email response back to me. All said, they worked to fix the issue and make it right. Their response and solution to the problem was 5 stars but the overall experience was 4. Again, I believe in most cases you can expect a 5 star experience with Sara Sells but I would advise that you inspect any boxed items before leaving the warehouse. This will ensure a great experience. Thanks to the company for making this right.
Sara Sells is a great concept. Keep in mind the furnishing are nice and I assume discounted, but still can be pricey. Our credenza we purchased was still over $1500 so the expectation is that it would be a nice piece. The purpose of this review is not to steer you away from Sara Sells but to advise you to inspect the furniture out of the box before leaving the sale. I made my purchase, they loaded it up and was encouraged to move on as they had a line of cars waiting to be loaded. That was a mistake! This is a very big and heavy piece which required help to remove it from my truck and bring it in the house. We unboxed it and found two fairly significant scratches/dings. One on the side and one on the top. I immediately contacted them to let them know. I heard back from them on the following Monday or Tuesday offering the opportunity for me to bring it back to their warehouse between Monday and Thursday. Keep in mind, it is a 1.5 hour round-trip from my house. I immediately responded to say due to my work schedule over the next two weeks that would not be possible for me and I was hoping they would accommodate me on a Saturday. I kept the credenza in my foyer, waiting for a response as this piece was going upstairs. I waited several weeks and never received a response so I assumed that was not an option. Therefore, I have an expensive credenza that is defective. So the bottom line is that they are not very flexible and I would advise you to make them open, all boxes, and inspect your items before you leave.”
“Alex Malamud is one of the most personable, jovial and knowledgeable sale person my wife and I had met. He took his time explaining the different material / fabrics, the functions and the durability on each recliner we were interested in. I recommend you ask for him when you go to the one on Mallory Ln. located in Franklin , Tn.”
