“I previously bought a battery from an O’Reilly in Birmingham back in 2025. I was told by my dealership that I need a new one, but I had a warranty and decided to take it back to O’Reilly. On my way I stopped at an Autozone, to get someone to read my battery and was tomd my battery was still at 60% life. I’m happy I trusted my intuition and continued to O’Reilly after that! I was helped by Pheonix and he tested my battery 5-6 times to ensure accurate readings. He was very knowledgeable, excited to help and was patient with making sure I understood what was going on the entire time. He determined the cause of my battery issues and then assisted with my warranty replacement and installing the new battery. I am very happy with the service I was given and if you every need anything, I highly recommend asking Pheonix for assistsnce.”

“Just bought a 3200 for my 2020 Polaris rzr xp4 1000. Like a whole different machine.i have a daughter with special needs so wanted the temp control because I live in AZ and it gets hot. Being able to set it the way you want it is key. Great job! Being able to control the rev and speed limiter is great. I upgraded to an EPI performance clutch and with the Hypertech tuner she is one fast machine. I run the 91 Octane tune and that is plenty.”
