“I had the best experience ever at this AutoZone, all thanks to Larry — the Country Cowboy himself! From the moment he stepped in to help, he brought the perfect mix of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine Southern charm. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows their stuff but truly cares about the people they’re helping. Larry made me feel taken care of, and because of him, this will always be my go-to AutoZone location. If you’re lucky enough to be helped by the Country Cowboy, just know you’re in great hands! Absolutely amazing service — I’ll definitely be back!”

“I came to this store yesterday because a penny fell into my charging port and blew a fuse. I knew it was a fuse issue and wanted to fix it myself versus waiting until Monday when the dealership open. Initially the sales associate inside told me to wait until the dealership opens. However, Tracy a floating manager walked right in, told me to pop my hood and we figured it out together. She was friendly and very helpful! The men were not even trying to help at all. This was a women! Young and beautiful! Customer service top of the line!!!! I wish’s i could give her 10 stars for the above and beyond treatment i was given right before closing time.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to David G. for his outstanding customer service. He is a wonderful older gentleman who was incredibly prompt in answering all of our questions and expertly pointed us in the right direction. Even though we ultimately ended up going elsewhere due to a price difference, we deeply appreciated his honesty, guidance, and professionalism. If you need help or advice, David is a fantastic person to work with!”

“The best of the best. Dustin was my installer and he set everything up the way I wanted and answered all my questions. They pay attention to detail and make sure that the equipment is installed with all of the safety components complete and intact. This company was highly recommended by a close friend and they seem to be very well known and highly reputable in the automotive equipment industry.I would contact them again in a heartbeat. Very easy to deal with.”

“Craig was awesome. I went to swap a battery under warranty for my other car, and decided to get an oil change on the car I drove in because there was no wait. Craig rang up my service, took my keys, and did the oil change very quickly. He didn’t let me carry the battery myself. He took the dead battery from me as soon as he saw me and walked the new one out to my car. I will definitely return to this auto center.”
