“We shopped at Betty’s this afternoon. We were served by a fantastic lady called Brenda. She was most helpful with the boot sizing and recommendations for what I was looking for - very knowledgeable and kind, super helpful. I bought a pair of beautiful mid calf iridescent pearl boots, and an absolutely gorgeous leather and fur-collar jacket. I absolutely love them and will wear these all the time back home in England. Thank you Brenda and Betty’s Boots!”
“I had never been to Ollie's. My brother suggested while he was visiting from out of town and despite the fact that it was across town (an almost 40 min drive), insisted that we go. “This is a clean store with a great selection of food and home goods. I like to take my time and just browse the isles here. The prices are reasonable and the staff are always very friendly. There are not really enough of them, there is often a line at the registers.”
“This place has daily specials till Thursday I believe and it is amazing. $5 today got me a pork chop sandwich and fries and the pork chop was super moist and delicious. I would definitely recommend it. The place inside is pretty cute, you can buy some household goods for anywhere between 1 to $3. There's a little gambling area in the back. It's a neat place.”

“I've seen messy Dollar Generals, and I've seen clean Dollar Generals. This one, despite the Help Wanted signs around the store, is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I've ever seen. If I lived closer, I'd visit it more frequently.
The store was also well-stocked and very tidy. I didn't see any employees besides the cashier, but it's clear that all the employees care about keeping the place running.”
“This woman approached me and asked me if I had dollars for her to get a $5 BRA. I wish I had the money, but I'm gonna take her a bra, if I can find her. But I thought she asked me if I had 5dollars for her to get a $5ROCK. AND I strait up looked for change because I respected her honesty. Either way, I had no extra money for her bra or her rock. But it was a positive exchange all the same. She is in my prayers now and always. Facts. Go get you some $5 bras and be generous fam.”

“They have a lot of named brand items, meat deals, pick 5, shrimp and seafood. Customer service could be a bit better but it is north Nashville. Would shop there again.”
“Cashier was friendly, produce looked good. The only issue I had was that this location doesn’t appear to participate in the weekly ad. I went in there because I saw some things in the ad flyer that I got in the mailbox, but they didn’t have any of it, didn’t even have a space for it on the shelves. I found one item that was in the flyer (Tombstone pizza) but it was buried under some other stuff and did not have the ad price on it, nor did I pay that when I checked out. They’re running a $5 off any $25 purchase with a coupon, I wonder if that’s why no ad prices?”
“I’ve shopped several DG locations across the state of TN over the last few years, including this one when I used to work in the area as it was on my commute. This was my first visit in a couple of years and wow! A lot has changed! The staff has always had great customer service but, where many DGs fall short, the store was very well stocked, neat and clean. Especially the restroom. This is a store I would go out of my way to visit with the exceptional customer service Patrick and Nelson!”

“I believe this is the 1 I visited right before closing today 6/22/24. This was the 3rd location I came to as the 1 on DB Todd was closed at least 15 mins earlier than normal store hours posted ? & the 1st 1 on Clarksville Pk. (by Advance Financial) was out of stock on items I needed. I came in around 8:30P, was greeted, & I went straight to picking out the specific items I came for, but the Swiffer dusters I needed ($5.50 value) weren't there despite them showing 1 in stock on the app. I went up to the 2 men at the register & for help. 1 came back there to help me find it, but he couldn't either so we went back to the register. When I tried using my $5 off coupon I had gotten last wknd from a purchase I made @ a DG out east, their system rang it up as having already been used which was impossible because I hadn't been to DG all week long. The same man told me not to worry about it & I showed both of them that the $27+ order was supposed to ring up as $17.74 after taxes. To my surprise, the helpful man was the manager & was able to bring my total down to $16.64! I'm beyond grateful to the store manager on night shift ???! He was surely a godsend & I pray this review gets him some type of raise or bonus. He was patient, understanding, & helpful. Thank you again, sir!”
“Everytime I shop there is it nice and well stocked.... Now... On freight days it can get a little messy...but hey... They have to put the stock out or there won't be any thing on their shelves .. I worked retail 24 years and I know what freight days are like... very happy to have this store so close to my home!!!”
“On Monday Oct 3 2022 around 5pm. The cashier/Manager had on a bonnet. Yes a bonnet! Something designed to wear to bed. I give 4 stars for neatness and the big improvement of how the store is more organized. They’ve added fresh produce as well. The bonnet kept them from getting 5 stars lol”
