He showed me what I needed to buy and helped my car go back to normal, plus gave me advice on what to do if it happens again! So glad there’s someone that is willing to help and explain to me as a girl that doesn’t know cars ?”

“The O'Reilly auto parts store located at 5714 Charlotte Ave in Nashville is the only place that I go to for any of my needed auto parts. I always receive great and friendly service! I have an old antique car that's getting close to 100 years old. They have been very helpful with helping me order some parts for it. And it doesn't take long for me to be able to go back and pick up the parts. Usually the same day or the following day. I would highly recommend the O'Reilly auto parts store on Charlotte Ave in Nashville to anyone. Very professional business!!!”
“I took my vehicle to the dealership to get my headlights changed. They told me if they ordered the bulbs they were going to cost $800 each and $500 to install because they had to take the bumper off of my car and remove some other parts to change them. I went to O’Reilly’s to see if the bulbs might be a little cheaper with the Intention to take them back to the dealership for installation. When I explained what the dealership said they asked to take a quick look at my vehicle. One of the lights they were simply able to reach in and remove with little hesitation while the other was a bit more complicated. However it still didn’t involve the labor that dealership told me it would. The bumper did not have to come off at all. Though it took a little extra time and effort to get the second replaced it was hardly the ordeal I was lead to believe it was going to be. These guys went above and beyond!! They saved me a great deal of money because they were kind and courteous. The exact same bulbs cost $125 at O’Reilly instead of $800 which I now know was a highly inflated price. . I am so grateful they took the time to help and I am so thankful for their kindness.”
“Had to make TWO trips to O'Reilly's today (forgot to get specific parts on the first trip), and both times the staff was absolutely awesome in helping me with my projects. First trip, Davian went above and beyond helping me scan the codes for my partners Crosstrek, and helped me get the other items I needed. On the second trip, Ramona was awesome in helping me find the exact parts that I needed, even though they weren't listed specifically for my vehicle. Not only did both staff members make sure I got the parts I needed, we had great conversations and made me feel welcome in the store. Felt like I made new friends when leaving.
