“I usually have to wait in the line. But it's worth it for the good prices on the gas especially the high-dollar gas, it's always much cheaper than most places. I always opt for a great $7.99 Costco Car Wash (with all the bells and whistles) when I'm inputting my credit card info in for the gas. And if the car wash does not get your car clean enough they have no problem letting you run it back through.”

I’ve never had a negative experience! All the employees are so helpful, friendly & welcoming. I’ve never had a favorite gas station, but this one hands down is my favorite!! I will go out of my way to stop here!”
“Idk his name, but the guy working 2 days ago was super nice to me and my son. That matters more to me than the size and selection in the store. The next day, I needed gas and I passed 3 other stations, and went out of my way to go back to this one. Be kind... make a difference ✌️”

“Great station! Clean scrubbers for the windshield, fair fuel prices, decent selection of snacks and most importantly: CLEAN BATHROOMS. Albeit an odd location (Home Depot parking lot?) and hard to get to from the interstate, but not a bad choice if you’re passing through.”

“This location is always very busy and there is a frequent change in employees. The newest manager Patti is an absolutely amazing worker with an exceptional work ethic. That being said over the last month every time I stop at this establishment she is beyond busy and just killing it. It seems as if there is a guy that is even higher up on the chain of command that just piddles around and doesn't really do anything while Patty cooks, cleans, works the register, and makes sure the store is well stocked and cared for. Maybe it's just me but I'm a firm believer that leadership should show at least the same level of drive, if not more, than their subordinates. Patti you are a wonderful and hard working manager. “I visited your Brentwood location to get lunch drink and purchase gas. I noticed your marketing materials that stated 3 roller items and a 40 oz drink for $3.99.While checking out I ASKED the guy behind the counter 3 times if they were $3.99, he mumbled something and rang it up at the regular price without responding to me. He had my money in his hand and apparently took as much as he wanted when I asked again he said my reward card expired. I walked out and immediately returned to returned the hot dogs I wanted because I felt disrespect and he couldn't care less. I immediately went to the Shell station and filled both my belly and tank.Thanks for providing me with the directions to go to your competition for proper customer service.”

“NOT 24 HOURS - since covid, I think. Time of this review, was there on a weekday and they opened at 5am. Have gone to this gas station for years, always liked it (some have mentioned rude employees but I think that they are just not entitled rich people like those in the surrounding neighborhood). Joke around with the employees, treat them like people, they are always friendly.”

“Stopped in for ⛽️, gas a little bit higher but it was convenient. I have always liked shell ? gas ⛽️ but it tends to run higher than other brands of fuel ⛽️ and also it depends on the location ?. What can you day about fuel ⛽️, don't get me started!! It is all too high, but you have to have it, right ✅️, or do you? The Amish may have something with the horse ? and buggy!!Oops ?, I got started on gas prices! ⛽️ one question, when is the last time you saw gas under, say 2 dollars a gallon ?. The so called gas shortages must be over ? because you don't see lines at the pumps waiting for fuel delivery. Prices won't go very much lower than 2.50 to 3.00 a gallon. Don't take my word for it, watch the prices, yo will see it. Nuff said and I do mean nuff!!”

“I live in FL but was working in Brentwood. I’m originally from Nashville, and I travel to the area regularly for work, so I still keep a car in the area. I normally fly back and forth. When Hurricane Helene was coming, all of my flights canceled, and I decided to drive home. My battery terminal cable was loose and had come loose while driving, so I needed to get it replaced before making a 500-mile drive. I came into Little Brothers Shell, and they helped me immediately! Within 20 minutes, I was repaired and on my way. They were so kind, quick and the repair cost was more than fair. So thankful I went there! I would use them again and recommend to others.”
