“Over a year ago I had an issue. The employees were nice but I never got a call back but today when I ran into the owner. I explained the situation & I told him I know it was long ago but I felt away because I always hear good thing and the food is good. I just wanted him to be aware bc honestly I was hesitant due to how my previous situation was handle. Let me share with everyone Pure is just that, the owner resolved my issue on the spot. “I used the car wash at this gas station tonight for the first time in quite a while because my car was really dirty from driving a lot. I was soooo pleased to realize that I have been wasting money at the car wash just up the road (not even sure of the name, but it's just past the CVS. I should also mention that I tried to get a car wash there last night and the machine took my payment but the wash never started. Man was I disappointed!!). But my car is super clean and it's all better now. I will continue to spend my $10 (maybe even $12) at this Mapco AND get a much better wash!!!THANKS ?”

Definitely hope either one or both of them are promoted to manager. They have what it takes to continue giving the great service they give to our neighborhood Mapco. “This place is much cheaper than Publix with most items. I also got vaccinated at Kroger and they were able to give me a second vaccination card even after I lost mine. The hot wheel selection is also great. I like most of the employees as well!”

“Just stopped at White Bison for the first time. Really appreciate good coffee houses due to the fact we operate our own shop in Illinois. We were skeptical about a filling station atmosphere for good coffee, pleasantly surprised, great coffee. The general manager of the store waited on us and was amazing, accommodating and well informed on the company he works for…we’ll be back!”

“We had to stop to stretch our legs and potty our young dog who is on our first journey in a car. I went inside while husband pottied our pup. I bought some Instant Scratch-Offs (which i did win on 2 of my tickets). I was greeted by a very nice young woman when I asked about purchasing some lottery tickets since our home state does not have the Lottery. I played MegaMillions, the PowerBall & Cash4Life. Here's hoping we hit some numbers to start our New Year (2024) with a Bang Financially!! That would be nice!”

“I would give a MILLION stars if I could. The general manager Kim & Eli were amazing. My tire was flat- first thing I did was try to fill it with air! Couldn’t get the air pump to work so I went inside to ask & Kim volunteered to come outside in 90 degree heat to look at it. When we couldn’t get it she ran inside & got me $1.50 in quarters without me even asking. When my tire wouldn’t fill with air she waited with me & then ran inside to get Eli. Eli came out & began the most difficult tire change in history. My tools & Jack were awful & he still managed to help me. Both of them were kind & friendly the whole time. Made sure myself & my dog had water & made sure I was safe. I cannot fully express my gratitude in words. Thank you. They deserve some love from Shell for their incredible service & upbeat attitudes despite all odds & the insane heat.”

“Wow. I was impressed! Kroger has generally ranked about 2nd on my list of favorite grocery stores to shop. But that is about to change. In some ways upon entering, this particular store reminded me a bit of the display entrance at Whole Foods. But it's not that. Nevertheless, the produce displays appear fresh and brightly lighted. Aisles of caned and other packaged goods are filled. Beer and wine are plentiful. The store's deli is good, the cheese array is excellent, the meat and seafood counter are both well-stocked. Since there are other grocery stores closer to my home, I'll likely not shop this on e very often, but if you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping and shopping.”
