“I visited the t-mobile store on Tuesday to up grade my phone. I have had my old iPhone 8 for 6 years and it was beginning to slow way down and not open certain apps. My wife and I both got new iPhone 15s and what a difference!!! Jim and Phil at the store were great! While there I decided to give the home 5G internet a go. I have had Verizon home 5G for over a year and it really did a good job. I was paying 70 dollars a month. When Jim told me at the store that T-Mobile was having a Black Friday sale and I could get the home 5G for 30 dollars a month , I signed up and am now using it at home!!! The download speeds and upload speeds are considerably faster. Of course it all depends on where you live. If your interested in T-Mobile home 5G, I would visit Phil and Jim on Old Hickory before the black Friday deals end??”

“I’m not sure why all the bad reviews because my experience was excellent after my terrible experience at T-Mobile on Mt. View Rd in Antioch next to Once Upon A Child. My dad was looking to upgrade his phone and we were greeted as soon as we stepped in by two women sitting down at the table close to the front and also by Henry who approached us and was very excellent in attitude and had great customer service. He was attentive and spent the time to help us with our needs because my dad didn’t know whether to proceed with the 14 Pro max or 15 Pro Max. Let’s just say my dad decided to upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro Max and we were very happy with the service that we were provided. I would recommend this location based on our experience.”
