I frequent Nashville post offices for business reasons, and this location has some of the most helpful workers of any post office in town. They're conveniently located near I-40 and never have a line!”
“This is the best post office I’ve ever been too! I’ve been to USPS all over the country and this one is a special special place. The employees are so kind, helpful, funny and go above and beyond in their customer service. Today Dornaj stayed late to help sort through papers and find a receipt I needed . He was so helpful and generous with his time. I am eternally grateful for him and the other employees at this location. I wish more USPS had the service that this location provides. “It’s no secret post office interactions can be less than the height of pleasurable experiences. My family and I have endured confusing and shocking moments ourselves. But those reviews are clearly written by others, and after my experience today it is right that credit be given where it’s due.
A wonderful woman named Ty works as a clerk at this location and she was an absolute delight. She was professional, kind, clearly competent, answered my inexperienced questions, and guided me step by step through the process of mailing an official document to an out of state clerks office.

“Great experience! This was my second time having to come back in the past week. First time to take my passport photo and the second to mail my renewal. Both times were great experiences. Photo service was fast, efficient and made sure I was happy with the photo. Very nice and professional. Second time was today to send the renewal. They helped me make sure that I had everything in order to send off my renewal and explained each step of the process they were on. Both employees today (9/1 @ 12:30ish pm) were genuinely happy to be at work and were so helpful. (They both helped me because I had to run out and come back cause I forgot)
Thank you to the employees at this location that helped me turn something that has been stressing me out into a genuinely positive experience.”
“The two men at the front desk who helped me ship out my international package were very pleasant and funny. I was nervous after I read all the negative reviews about rude employees especially since I had an international shipment which may be more complicated, but those rude employees must not be there anymore. Everything went smoothly and much easier than I expected!”
“My receipt states clerk 6 so I hope this clerk gets the credit. I didn’t ask her name out of respect knowing everyone may not be comfortable giving out those details. However, she is such a down to earth, kind person, and she has a sense of humor! I really enjoyed my interaction with her today! I usually go to the other locations that have 24/7 kiosks b/c the wait usually sucks and the customer service is terrible but this time I decided to go in because it made more sense due to my schedule. I’m happy I did because she was truly a joy to be around!”

“I have always enjoyed this post office. Everyone has always taken good care of me. Most everyone knows my name and when they see me, they always smile and take time to offer small talk. There is a post office a mile from my job that I could use, but I won't because of the genuine care I receive at the Oak Meadow location”
“I had an extremely positive experience at this post office receiving my passport! My clerk, Laurie, was super attentive, fast, and sweet and wasn’t afraid to answer any of the questions that I had. Would recommend.”
“As Nashville post offices go, and there are many, I'd rank this my one of my favorites in the metro area. It's always efficient, busy but with a fast-moving line thanks to the talented employees. The postal facility is also conveniently located in the heart of Green Hills.
I also have a theory that local post offices have low ratings because the only people who rate them online have some sort of complaint. Maybe my review will add a reasonable perspective.”

“For people who have had an issue with them being closed and the hours on Google being incorrect, please submit a suggested change in hours on Google so that others don't go through what you went through. Idk if that suggested change in hours actually works, but maybe it will if we all submit it for the 8:30 am to 5 pm they actually seem to operate.
I haven’t personally had an issue with this post office. The workers aren’t overly friendly, but I don’t expect them to be. We are all people and don’t need to be “on” all the time, even in a customer service job. I have had good interactions with the staff who tell me what I need if I’m missing something. Their policies on buying tape are ridiculous, but the customer service people aren’t the ones making that policy.”

“This is probably the best post office in the Nashville metro area. The employees are incredibly efficient. It's always busy, but the employees keep the line moving. The postal facility is also conveniently located just off I-65 in the Brentwood area, technically just inside Davidson County a mere 103 feet north of the Brentwood/Williamson County border. That makes it convenient for residents of both counties who live in the area. This is also one of the few post offices in Middle Tennessee that will process passports. We've used that service before!”
