“This is an edit of a review I did a few years ago.
I recently needed a set of tires for my 1982 Chevy C10 pickup. The problem is, I'm recovering from shoulder surgery and cannot drive for a couple of more weeks. When I explained this to the guys at Spare Tire Number 3, one of them offered to come to my house, pick up the truck, take it to the shop, put on new tires, and bring it back to me. They fixed me up with a brand new set of tires for my truck at a very reasonable price. It's been a while since I experienced that kind of customer service. Great job, thank you.”
“Ask for Mr. Bowen, he’s very knowledgeable (especially with the Bronco/Bronco Sport) and very friendly. I visited friendship ford to browse their inventory, he immediately greeted me and offered to show me the vehicles I was interested in. He was able to find exactly what I needed in the price range I was looking for and gave me a full tour of the vehicle and its features. He did not push the purchase on to me or try to rush me and was very professional. I then purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands from him in Cactus Grey with an extended warranty and could not be happier.”
“Let me tell you, buying a car has never been easier. I had fell in love with a car and had thought it was at the lot. Unfortunately it was in West Virginia. Justin Rigsby went above and beyond! He had the car transported from West Virginia so I could test drive it. He even showed me some newer models before to make sure it is what I wanted. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me other options. The one in West Virginia still had my heart. After getting to see it in person, I fell in love with the car even more. Justin had talked me through the process and informed me of everything he would need. At the end of the day Justin got me approved and Tim in finance finished it up! “WOW! WOW WOW My Motorhome was stranded. We could not find a tow truck that could take it to the facility. They did above and beyond anything that we could have expected or asked for. I know its not feasible for them to do this this fast and especially during closed business hours. They got the parts installed them and got my motorhome on its way back to Pennsylvania. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PLACE IN THE BRISTOL, TN BRISTOL VA AREA. There is a reason they have 5 stars. And that is why we called them! and they serve the King. The King of Kings, the Alpha and Omega! If you see anything other than 5 stars in the future, reject it, it will never be true. Thank you Matthew!!!!!!!!!!! and the gal that answered the phone and gave it to Matthew!!!!!!!”

“I needed tires, routine maintenance and I wanted a lift system for my truck. The lift manufacturer recommended SoHo Tire & Service and since they were near where I worked, I decided to stop by for a quote. I met Tim and we talked about some of the items for my truck, and while he worked on the quote, I decided to look around the shop. I was amazed at how focused everyone was on the vehicles they were working on. This made me feel confident about the decision I was going on my truck. Tim’s quote was considerably less than the three I had gotten previously. We set a date parts were ordered, and I dropped off my truck and they immediately began working on it. They kept me informed because it did have 100,000 miles on it if I needed any parts replaced and called me immediately when it was done. I’ll say the most amazing part of the whole experience was after I left the shop. I had absolutely no issues! I mean none! No vibrations. No steering wheel out of alignment. No unusual noises. Nothing there are not many places. I can think of these days where you can go and get this kind of service.”

“I called after 5pm looking for a used tire for my car. They had me come in then, replaced the tire & looked at an exhaust issue that had arisen following a collision with a deer. The price was reasonable & the estimate provided for the exhaust repair was significantly less than another shop I had visited. I will definitely be returning there to have the exhaust work done soon.”
“If you’re in the market to trade or buy a vehicle, go see this Toyota group! I recently traded in my Highlander for a Sienna and they were great before, during and after the sale! The Salesperson I dealt with was Raven and she was phenomenal in keeping me up to date on the details of my van from the build to delivery! All of the team were very helpful! Other dealerships seemed to want me to ask all the questions…at this dealership, I felt they were more helpful in asking the questions and looking for just the perfect fit for me!

“I picked up my Chevy Avalanche truck from the transmission shop. Later on the same day. The transmission was acting up 1st into 2nd gear jerking a little hard. I went to Harbor Freight and out of nowhere, I met this guy. I was worried about driving to my home which is 2 and half hours drive. So, he told me to follow him to his shop and I did. He hooked up on the computer checked everything out for me and cleared things out. Just you know it was after hours and he wasn't even supposed to be working and he was willing to do all that for me! He's the best! I drove it home and it was so much smoother! I coming back to this place and get everything tuned in soon! This is the best place to get your vehicle tuned. It's hard to trust anyone nowadays except this place!
