“My dad and I rented the quality inn for a brief fishing trip to the SoHo! We needed a budget hotel that was simple and clean. Generally all I ask of a hotel is that its clean and cheap, but this inn was great in all the ways as well. In addition to clean rooms, it even had the biggest tv I have ever seen in a hotel like this one. Overall, we were pleased and will be back for more fishing!”
“I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience with the staff service as well as the communication before and after the stay. I got a text message beforehand making sure I knew the parking locations. I was able to confirm checkin and get some other questions promptly answered. I felt the room was a great value for the price paid. As a final bonus, I accidentally left my headset in the room. They were kind enough to promptly ship it to me. Thanks so much!
One minor detraction (not enough to warrant removing a star) is that the foyer smelled like cigarette smoke the 2 days I was there.”
“Been multiple times and the staff have always been very accommodating and the rooms have always been reasonably clean! Aside from hairs and small crumbs here or there this place is tidy- and I expect no more for the great prices- would come again! (p.s. third floor allows pets, all other floors are pet free)”

“Great location, close to restuarants, theater, and shops off 81, not too far from the casino Room was clean, only complaint was the bed was facing the window and to watch TV, we had to turn it...so we couldn't see some of the screen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kinda bummed the pool was down for maintenance. Would stay here again for location.”

“Great night stop in Bristol Virginia. Very clean and staff very friendly. The beds were comfy and shower pressure terrific. We didn't get breakfast It isn't included in the price but there is a restaurant that is supposed to be open at 6am.”
“The book definitely doesn't match the cover. Rooms are clean and updated. They do not smell of smoke. The value for the location close to Bristol Motor Speedway was amazing. Great place to lay your head after a day of traveling.”
“I just left the Americourt in Kingsport. That is a disgusting roach infested place. This place is like living in a palace compared to that place. The rooms are okay, not brand new but not terrible. The front desk people are awesome. Everything works fine I see zero evidence of bedbugs or roaches.”

“Right off the highway, this clean, pet-friendly hotel is a perfect stop for travel. I had my fastest check-in at any hotel! It took about 15 seconds. Only negative: $75 per fee is a lot for a single night stay.”
